The following are incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Aug. 30-Sept. 15:
Aug. 30
-Evidence seizure from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office, McDow Road, Columbiana (government, public building). Confiscated, seized were a Garmin Nuvi global positioning unit and a Tom Tom global positioning unit.
Sept. 4
-Domestic violence-assault from the 200 block of Shadowood Lane, Sterrett. (Suffix 01).
Sept. 7
-Miscellaneous information from the 4800 block of Riverwood Lane, Birmingham.
-Property damage from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana (other, unknown). Damaged were a front bumper and plastic skid protector.
Sept. 8
-Theft of property from the 2300 block of Highway 39, Chelsea (school, college). Stolen and recovered were Wallabee shoes valued at $110.
-Domestic investigation from the 4000 block of Chesapeake North, Birmingham.
-Civil dispute from the 1100 block of Camp Branch Circle, Alabaster (field, woods). Damaged were trees and a barbed wire fence.
-Miscellaneous information from the 7400 block of Highway 155, Montevallo.
-Harassing communications from the 3900 block of Westover Road, Sterrettt.
-Criminal mischief/assault from the 2200 block of Inverness Circle, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged were two 17-inch tires in the amount of $200.
-Property damage from the 1000 block of Liberty Road, Chelsea. Damaged was an Adventure camper in the amount of $1,500.
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Spring Creek Camp Road. Stolen was a freestyle Mongoose BMX bicycle valued at $100. Recovered was a camera.
-Theft of property from the 400 block Camp Branch Circle, Alabaster. Stolen was $435 in cash.
-Sodomy from Quail Run Circle, Wilsonville.
-Domestic violence harassment from the 3700 block of Blue Springs Road, Wilsonville.
-Domestic violence-harassment from Heatherbrooke Parkway, Birmingham (parking lot, garage).
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 300 block of Triple G Drive, Alabaster (commercial). Damaged was a 2000 Honda Civic in the amount of $825. Stolen were a Factor CD stereo valued at $250, an Xplode Sony CD player valued at $120 and a custom rear spoiler win valued at $170.
-Harassment from the 300 block of Highway 467, Vincent.
-Criminal mischief from the 10000 block of Highway 47, Chelsea (specialty store). Damaged was a building – sewing shop.
Sept. 9
-Domestic investigation from 3200 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.
-Criminal mischief from the 5400 block of U.S. Highway 280 East, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 1995 Ford Probe in the amount of $1,300.
-Domestic investigation from the 1900 block of County Road 46, Shelby.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 200 block of Narrows Point Lane, Birmingham. Stolen were a Garmin Nuvi global positioning unit valued at $100 and a St. Louis Cardinals baseball camp valued at $30.
-Unlawful breaking and entering motor vehicle from the 800 block of Narrows Point Drive, Birmingham (other, unknown). Stolen and recovered was a key ring with keys valued at $50.
-Theft of property/fraudulent use of credit or debit card from the 4600 block of U.S. Highway 280, Birmingham (bank). Stolen were a letter containing a Visa check card valued at $1, withdrawals and purchased of $418.02 and a letter containing a pin number the card.
-Burglary from the 100 block of Marigold Road, Shelby. Stolen were tools-power/hand valued at $1,400.
-Burglary from the 18000 block of Highway 145, Shelby. Damaged was a wood framed window in the amount of $200. Stolen was a PlayStation game console valued at $300.
-Harassing communications from the 500 block of Homestead Drive, Wilsonville.
-Property damage from the entrance gate of Stonecrest Apartment Complex, Birmingham. Damaged were mirrors on a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix in the amount of $200.
-Breaking and entering vehicle from Highway 43, Vandiver. Recovered were four car radiators valued at $500.
-Theft of property from Highway 43, Vandiver. Recovered were four gold men’s rings valued at $100 and three gold charm necklaces valued at $100.
-Possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 50, Vandiver. Recovered was a pouch containing two plastic Baggies with drug residue, one pencil and two straws, a glass marijuana pipe with drug residue and a rubber and metal marijuana pope with drug residue.
Sept. 10
-Domestic violence harassment from the 100 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 280 eastbound at Chipotle Restaurant, Birmingham (highway, street). Recovered were a plastic sandwich style bag containing six smaller plastic Baggies with all contain a leafy vegetable matter believed to be marijuana, a Smith and Wesson handgun valued at $500 and a magazine containing 15, 9 mm bullets for the handgun valued at $25.
-Missing person from the 200 block of Day Spring Drive.
-Criminal possession of a forged instrument/theft of property from Spring Creek Camp Road, Shelby. Stolen were a bank debit card and check valued at $200.
-Unauthorized use of vehicle/theft of property from Spring Creek Camp Road, Shelby. Stolen were 60 10-milligram Lortab pills.
-Domestic violence (harassment) from Maplewood Lane, Sterrett.
-Theft of property from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (school, college). Stolen was an Apple iPhone valued at $220.
-Promoting prison contraband from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana (jail, prison). Confiscated, seized were two plastic gloves containing smokeless tobacco and institutionally purchased Kool-Aide inside original package.
-Burglary from the 300 block of Highway 50, Vandiver. Stolen was a Maverick 12-gauge pump shotgun valued at $160.
-Harassment from Magic Drive, Montevallo.
-Violation of a protection from abuse order from the 9400 block of Highway 41, Leeds.
-Criminal mischief/reckless endangerment from the 9400 block of Highway 41, Leeds. Damaged was a 1990 Dodge Ram.
-Harassing communications from the 3700 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.
-Disorderly conduct from the 10000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (school, college).
-Criminal mischief from the 300 block of Talon Drive, Birmingham. Damaged was a glass windowpane and blinds in the amount of $185.
-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of High Mesa Circle.
-Death investigation from the 4100 block of Highway 49, Columbiana.
-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 3300 block of Birdsong Lane, Birmingham. Forged, counterfeited was a Visa check card.
Sept. 11
-Domestic violence assault from Wilsonville.
-Death investigation-hospice from Mt. laurel Avenue, Birmingham. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.
-Burglary/theft of property from the 4100 block of Highway 93, Helena. Stolen was an 9-year-old American Saddle Bred.
-Found property from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (drug store). Recovered was a clear plastic bag containing a green leafy substance 0.8 grams.
-Animal complaint from the 100 block of Crosscut Road, Alabaster.
-Failure to pay for gasoline purchase/theft of property from the 1500 block of Highway 70, Columbiana (convenience store). Stolen was unleaded gasoline valued at $47.71 and a Budweiser six-lack valued at $6.99.
-Property damage from the 10000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. Damaged was a 2006 Honda Accord.
-Property damage from the 10000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. Damaged was a 2002 Honda Accord.
Sept. 12
-Robbery from the 30000 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville (specialty store).
-Burglary from the 2700 block of Berkley Drive, Birmingham. Stolen were a Ruger .45-caliber semi-automatic firearm valued at $800, a Browning 300 magnum rifle with scope valued at $1,800, a .22-caliber rifle, a Remington rifle with scope valued at $400, a Remington .243 rifle valued at $300, $30,000 in U.S. currency and two acoustic guitars.
-Domestic violence from unknown.
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Fulgham Avenue, Montevallo. Stolen was a Yamaha YZ125 dirt bike valued at $700.
-Burglary from Carnoustie Drive, Birmingham (other, unknown). Damaged was a door.
-Miscellaneous information from the Shelby County Jail, 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana (government, public building).
-Harassment from Waldrop Drive, Wilsonville.
-Domestic investigation from the 400 block of Sunset Lake Circle, Chelsea.
-Property damage from the 3000 block of Highway 10, Montevallo. Damaged was a 2006 Hyundai Sonata in the amount of $1,000.
-Domestic investigation from Gilmore-Nick Circle, Montevallo.
-Criminal mischief from the 8600 block of Highway 10, Montevallo. Damaged was a BFI garbage can in the amount of $150.
-Theft of property from the 6000 block of Whitetail Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was a Motorola Devour cell phone valued at $400.
-Runaway from Kings Ranch Road, Chelsea. (Suffix 02).
-Harassment domestic violence/runaway from King Ranch Drive, Chelsea. (Suffix 01).
-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Spring Branch Road, Columbiana.
-Harassment from the 1100 block of Highway 221, Montevallo.
-Assault from the area of 49 Nelson Circle, Montevallo (highway, street).
-Criminal mischief from Heritage Road, Shelby. Damaged were two Continental Sport tires.

-Property damage from the 500 block of Highway 70, Columbiana (government, public building). Damaged was a vehicle.
-Miscellaneous information from Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office, Florida. Recovered was a Browning .25-caliber firearm valued at $300.
-Harassment from Highway 47 at Highway 69, Columbiana (highway, street).
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Spring Creek Camp Drive, Shelby. Stolen were Lortab 7.5 milligram tablet (120 each) valued at $100.
-Theft of property from the 13000 block of Old Highway 280, Birmingham (specialty store). Stolen was a payroll check valued at $433.31.
-Death investigation from the 200 block of Yerby Lane, Chelsea. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.
-Miscellaneous information from the 4700 block of U.S. Highway 280, Birmingham (Fresh Market and Jason’s Deli) (restaurant).
Sept. 14
-Property damage from the 11000 block of County Road 47, Chelsea (highway, street).
-Property damage from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (service, gas station). Damaged were three window glass panes in the amount of $900.
-Disorderly conduct/fleeing to elude a law enforcement officer from the 1000 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana (highway, street). Recovered were a cell lphone and a pair of Nike sneakers.
-Domestic investigation from the 400 block of Howard Hill Drive, Wilsonville.
-Harassment from Joseph Drive and County Road 47, Columbiana.
-Theft of property from the 2200 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Chelsea. Stolen was a Next single speed BMX bicycle valued at $80.
-Domestic investigation from the 2800 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.
-Theft of property from the 16000 block of U.S. Highway 280, Chelsea (department store). Stolen were three baby shirts valued at $3, two four-pack receiving blankets valued at $14 and four gummy earphones valued at $40.
-Property damage from U.S. 280 westbound outside of Harpersville and near Westover (highway, street).
-Menacing/criminal mischief from the 1800 block of Middle Street, Montevallo. Damaged was a Michelin XGT4 tire in the amount of $100.
-Reckless endangerment from the 1800 block of Highway 30, Columbiana (highway, street).
-Domestic investigation from the 500 block of Amand Lane, Shelby.
-Domestic violence-harassment from Eagle Ridge Apartments, Birmingham (parking lot, garage).
-Domestic violence assault from the 600 block of Highway 55, Wilsonville.
-Theft of property from Thompson Mine No. One, Highway 260, Maylene (other, unknown). Stolen was 180 feet of miner cable (heavy copper wire) valued at $2,000.
-Theft of property from the 7000 block of Meadowlark Drive, Birmingham (Metro Mini Storage). Stolen was an Alkota pressure washer with trailer, surface cleaner, hose reel and 250-gallon water tank valued at $8,000 and a Master Lock padlock valued at $10.
-Unlawful breaking and entering of motor vehicle from the 800 block of Narrows Point Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was a Motorola cell phone.
-Stalking/harassing communications/harassment from the 3900 block of Westover Road.
-Identity theft from Cullman County, possible Cullman city.
-Theft of property from the 6600 block of Highway 119, Montevallo. Stolen were 200 feet of electrical wiring and 50 feet of copper tubing valued at $2,000 total.
-Death investigation from the 1200 block of Old Deer Creek Road, Vandiver.
-Theft of property from the intersection of Highway 70 and Highway 97 (other, unknown). Stolen were 75 feet of ground cable valued at $400, two copper bus bars valued at $800 and 24 grounding gets valued at $700.
Sept. 15
-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 300 block of Nelson Walker Road, Columbiana. Confiscated, seized was a blue pipe with burnt residue inside with an odor believed to be marijuana.
-Domestic violence – harassment from the 1100 block of Highway 17, Alabaster.
