-Burglary from109 Shiloh Creek Drive. Damaged in the amount of $30 was a dead bolt lock. Stolen were a heat pump, refrigerator and microwave valued at $2,300 total.

-Breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft from Daventry Lane. Stolen was an Olympus Stylus camera valued at $200.

-Burglary/theft from the 100 block of Danbury Lane. Stolen were a Sony 40-inch flat screen television valued at $699, a Sanyo television valued at $329, a Panasonic woofer speaker for surround sound valued at $80, a spare key to a Chevrolet Tahoe and three checks on Regions Bank.

-Burglary/theft from the 200 block of Robert Thomas Drive (commercial). Stolen was 200 feet of welding cable valued at $4,000.

-Domestic violence from the 300 block of Old 25 East. (Suffix 01). Damaged were an Acer laptop computer in the amount of $500 plus, a curio cabinet and a china cabinet.
-Assault from Alabama 25 (construction).
Aug. 19
-Possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia from Egg and Butter Road (highway, street). Recovered was a bottle of marijuana and a silver grinder with marijuana inside (residue).
Aug. 23
-Criminal mischief from Depot Street, state of Alabama Driver’s License Division (government, public building). Damaged was a glass door window in the amount of $500.

-Unlawful breaking and entering motor vehicle from a business at the 9200 block of Helena Road (service, gas station). Stolen was a Motorola Backflip cell phone valued at $250.
