July 31
-Domestic violence assault from Brasher Lane, Birmingham (lake, waterway).
Aug. 3
-Domestic investigation from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (school, college).
-Miscellaneous offenses from the 11000 block of Highway 280 West, Westover (service, gas station). Listed were a wallet valued at $20, $765 in cash, a credit card, MasterCard, receipts and a DOT certification card.
-Domestic investigation from the 400 block of County Road 416, Wilsonville.
Aug. 4
-Violation of condition of bond “no contact order” from the 300 block of McDow Road (government, public building).
-Miscellaneous information from the 2400 block of Highway 61, Columbiana (other, unknown).
-Property damage from Chelsea Village Lane, Chelsea (highway, street). Damaged in the amount of $500 was brick mailbox.
-Criminal mischief from the 3500 block of Petal Fall Drive, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged in the amount of $250 was the rear bumper of a 2000 Honda Accord.
-Manufacture of alcoholic beverage from the 2500 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. Confiscated, seized was a whiskey still (pressure cooker, hose and paint bucket).
-Domestic investigation from the 600 block of Stonecrest Drive, Columbiana.
-Theft of property from the 300 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen was an Alabama tag valued at $26.89.
-Domestic investigation from the 1500 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence harassment from the 200 block of Ploughman Circle, Harpersville.
-Criminal possession of forged instrument/theft of property fro the parking lot of Raceway Gas Station, the 5300 block of Highway, 280, Birmingham (service, gas station). Forged, counterfeited and recovered was a $100 bill. Stolen was $100.
-Recovered stolen property from the 200 block of Riverchase Parkway, Hoover (commercial). Recovered was a 2006 Asplundh truck valued at $25,000.
-Unlawful breaking and entering motor vehicle from Bent River Circle, Birmingham. Stolen were a wallet, various cards, $20 in cash, an Alabama driver’s license valued at $20 and a Garmin global positioning system valued at $200.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 4100 block of Bent River Lane, Birmingham. Stolen was a Garmin global positioning system valued at $200.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle (three counts)/burglary from the 8000 block of Mitchell Lane, Birmingham. Stolen was a Smith and Wesson .380 pistol valued at $200, a Garmin global positioning system valued at $200 and an Apple iPod valued at $150.
-Identity theft from the 100 block of Brechin Lane, Columbiana.
-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 4100 block of Highway 22, Montevallo.
-Domestic violence/harassment from the 1100 block of Highway 11, Leeds.

-Domestic investigation from the 4900 block of Heatherbrooke Road.
-Domestic investigation from the 400 block of Meadow Drive.
-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Tyler Circle, Vincent.
-Violation of protection order from Sydney Lane, Chelsea (other, unknown).
-Property damage from Highway 25 at Highway 479, Vincent (highway, street). Listed was a 2009 Nissan Altima.
-Civil dispute from the 5900 block of Highway 51, Wilsonville.
-Domestic investigation from the 4200 block of Chesapeake North, Birmingham.
-Property damage from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Wal-Mart, Chelsea (other, unknown). Damaged was a 2010 Honda Odyssey.
-Allowing dogs to run at large from Kenley Apartments parking lot, Birmingham.
-Domestic investigation from the 4200 block of Heritage Oaks Circle, Birmingham.
-Miscellaneous information from Woodbury Drive, Chelsea.
-Civil dispute child custody/violation of a court order from the 1100 block of County Road 99, Verbena.
-Harassment from the 5600 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville (highway, street).
-Theft of property from the 4000 block of Highway 475, Shelby (service, gas station). Stolen was an alcohol item valued at $14.99.
-Forgery/theft of property from the 1200 block of Weatherby Cove, Birmingham. Stolen was $2,776 in U.S. currency.
-Theft of property from the 400 block of County Road 18, Montevallo. Stolen and recovered was a 1996 Jeep Cherokee.
-Torture, willful abuse etc. of child under 18-years-of-age by responsible person from Valleydale Road, Birmingham.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from Chelsea. Stolen were an amplifier and a box of sub woofer speakers valued at $800.
-Domestic violence-harassment from the 200 block of Marina Road, Shelby.
-Burglary/theft of property from the 3000 block of Egg and Butter Road/County Road 37, Columbiana. Stolen were a router and router table valued at $300.
-Domestic violence harassment from the 10000 block of Old Highway 55.
-Domestic violence-harassing communications from the 5400 block of Palomino Trail, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence: menacing/unauthorized use of motor vehicle from the 6000 block of Highway 86, Calera (highway, street, residence, home). Stolen and recovered was a 2001 Ford F-150 valued at $7,500.
-Harassing communications from the 500 block of Mayberry Creek Road, Montevallo.
-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 200 block of Strother Street, Montevallo.
-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Chestnut Lane, Helena.
-Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance from the 100 block of Chestnut Lane, Helena.
-Forgery/theft of property from the 100 block of Brantleyville Court, Maylene. Forged, counterfeit were three checks and stolen were three checks.
Aug. 6
-Property damage from Old 280, Chelsea (highway, street). Damaged was a 2009 dodge Ram passenger rear door.
-Property located from the 9400 block of County Road 51, Westover (highway, street). Recovered were a wallet, various cards and cash.
-Theft of property from the 6400 block of Beaver Brook Cove, Birmingham. Stolen was a license plate.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 1000 block of Oak Meadows Road, Birmingham. Stolen were a wallet and a $100-bill.
-Civil dispute from the 5000 block of Dover Cliff Circle, Birmingham.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana (government, public building). Listed was a Jennings J-22 .22-caliber pistol.
-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Turtle Lane, Calera.
-Suicide attempt from Turtle Lane, Calera.
-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Highway 40, Wilsonville.
-Theft of property from the 1500 block of County Road 89, Montevallo. Stolen was money from a change jar.
Aug. 7
-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Pearidge Drive, Montevallo.
-Menacing from the 1900 block of Highway 46, Shelby.
-Suicide attempt from Eagle Point Circle, Birmingham.
-Driving under the influence from U.S. 280 East at County Road 55 (highway, street).
-Theft of property from the 200 block of Whitfield Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was a Kenmore refrigerator valued at $400.
-Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument/theft of property from the 12000 block of Highway 43, Vandiver. Stolen were a fiberglass bathtub valued at $200 and two metal gates valued at $200. Damaged was wall paneling (hole) in the amount of $100. Listed recovered was a bad check for $425.
-Burglary from the 5500 block of Highway 280 (Woodperfect), Birmingham, Stolen were a Dell laptop computer valued at $800 and U.S. coins.
-Burglary from Huckleberry Drive, Maylene.
-Menacing/minor in consumption from the 500 block of Highway 315, Columbiana.
Aug. 8
-Theft of property from the 2900 block of Clydebank Circle, Birmingham, Stolen were three keys for a 2000 Volkswagen Beetle valued at $475.
-Assault from Alta Vista Drive, Chelsea.
-Harassing communications/violation of a protection order from the 53000 block of 25, Vandiver.
-Domestic investigation from the 900 block of Highway 54, Montevallo.
-Theft of property from the 10000 block of Highway 280, Westover (government, public building). Stolen was copper tubing specific to the Shelby County Water Department valued at $2,000.
-Domestic violence-harassment from the 5000 block of Huntcliff Road, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence-assault from the 2900 block of Clydebank Circle, Birmingham.
-Burglary from the 3200 block of Inverness Lane, Chelsea. Stolen were a wallet, bank debit card, Alabama driver’s license and a savings account card.
-Juvenile runaway from the 2400 block of Osceola Road, Birmingham.
-Theft/burglary from the 100 block of Windsong Lane, Columbiana. Stolen was $144 in loose change and a Smith and Wesson .38 special valued at $500.
-Domestic violence-harassment from Willa Rose Lane, Chelsea.
-Domestic violence harassment from the 5000 block of Highway 55, Wilsonville. (Suffix 02).
-Criminal mischief/domestic violence from the 5000 block of Highway 55, Wilsonville. (Suffix 01).
-Theft/criminal trespass from the 10000 block of Highway 280, Westover (commercial). Stolen were a 2009 Malibu Wakesetter watercraft, a Boat Mate trailer and an Indmar boat motor.
-Community notification violation from Chism Circle, Montevallo.
-Death investigation from the 4800 block of Highway 43, Sterrett.
-Found property from the 6500 block of Highway 71, Shelby (highway, street). Recovered was a Glock 19 9mm handgun with holster valued at $400.
-Domestic violence-harassment from the 5000 block of Highway 55, Wilsonville.
-Theft of property from the 10000 block of Highway 55, Westover. Stolen were a silver necklace with gold baby ring valued at $115, a Motorola cell phone valued at $30 and starter checks.
-Property damage from the 2000 block of Highway 69, Chelsea (highway, street). Damaged was a 2005 Ford Mustang.
-Abandoned vehicle from the 15000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (highway, street).
Aug. 9
-Death investigation from the 500 block of Amanda Lane, Shelby.
-Death investigation from the 200 block of Longhorn Lane, Columbiana.
-Juvenile runaway from Rockhill Drive, Shelby.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle/theft of property from Time Square/Cahaba Park Circle (parking lot, garage). Stolen were various medications, a nylon school bag and a purse/backpack at $210. Damaged was a driver’s side window in the amount of $300.
-Theft of property from the 1000 block of Belvedere Circle, Birmingham. Stolen was a 5,500-watt generator valued at $1,200.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 2200 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett. Stolen were a Dell laptop computer and computer case valued at $850, $550 in currency, a Verizon wireless item valued at $50 and various chargers for a laptop.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 900 block of Narrows Point Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was an HP Pavilion computer valued at $1,100.
-Unlawful possession controlled substance from the 100 block of Doug Baker Boulevard, Birmingham (drug, store).
-Burglary from the 2000 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. Stolen were a Sell laptop computer and Sony laptop computer valued at $1,210.
-Forgery from the 100 block of Big Oak Drive, Maylene (bank).
-Civil dispute from the 700 block of Highway 31, Alabaster.
-Harassment from the 1200 block of Barrister Court, Birmingham.
-Theft of property from Joseph Drive, Columbiana. Listed as $100 in U.S. currency.
-Miscellaneous information from the 700 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.
-Criminal mischief from the 1200 block of Eagle Park Road, Birmingham. Damaged were two doors and doorjambs in the amount of $400.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 5000 block of Highway 51, Westover. Stolen were an Canon digital camera valued at $1,000, an Airforce pocket watch valued at $100, eight costume jewelry rings valued at $300 and a JVC camcorder valued at $700.
-Assault from Shelby County Jail, Columbiana (jail, prison).
