Funeral service for Decell Owens, age 86, of Montevallo, was held Friday, March 27, 2009, at 11 a.m. at Rockco Funeral Home Chapel. Dr. Terry Sutton officiated. Burial followed at Montevallo Cemetery. Visitation was held Thursday, March 26, 2009, from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Owens, born Feb. 7, 1923, in Shivers, Miss., passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2009.
