Some roads remain closed in Shelby County, according to the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office.

As of 11 a.m. on March 11, more than 10 roads in the county were still closed due to conditions resulting from bad weather.

Those roads include:

-Wilson Road at the end of County Road 39 south of Chelsea Elementary School

-Crenshaw Road in Chelsea

-Kelly Creek Road in Vincent

-County Road 91 in Helena

-County Road 13 near intersection with County Road 52 in Helena

-County Road 55 south of County Road 51 in Westover

-County Road 51 south of County Road 55 in Westover

-County Road 49 in Chelsea

-Atchison Trace in Columbiana

-County Road 55 at Maplewood Drive in Vandiver

The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office is urging motorists to watch for bad weather and avoid any routes that are questionable.
