Santa Claus will take a break from his preparations at the North Pole on Christmas Eve to tour Pelham a few hours before he makes his journey around the earth.

Because the schedule may be affected by emergency calls, Santa could arrive before or after his scheduled arrival time, Pelham Fire Capt. Dewitt Marcrum said.

“We’ve had a few cases where we had to respond to a call and Santa just had to hang on,” Marcrum said with a laugh.

The following is a list of each fire truck’s scheduled Santa tour:
