-Theft of Gasoline from CC Food Mart, Industrial BP. Stolen was $3 worth of gasoline.
-Criminal Trespass from 11 Maylene Drive, Maylene.
-Theft of Property/Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance from Shoe Department, 519 1st St. S.W. Stolen and recovered were Reebok Classics valued at $29.99; Saucony Athletic Shoes, valued at $30; seven pills and two syringes.
-Domestic Violence/Harassment from Pap Saia’s, 1st St. S.W.
Oct. 7
-Unlawful Possession of Marijuana/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia from parking lot of Rent-a-Center. Recovered were cellophane bag containing 11 grams of marijuana, and Altoids can containing a pipe used to smoke marijuana, a marijuana stem and a marijuana roach.
-Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia from Cannon Oil on Highway 31. A marijuana pipe was recovered.
-Harassment from 154 Shady Acre Road.
-Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle from 540 Treymore Lake Circle involving a 2005 Mazda 6.
-Theft of Property from Belk’s, 300 Colonial Promenade Parkway, Suite 2100. Stolen was a Fleurish Shirt valued at $38.
-Harassment from Alabaster Health Care Services, 850 9th St. N.W.
-Theft of Property from 1560 1st St. N. Stolen was $100 in U.S. currency.

-Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia/Obstruction of Justice from Old Highway 31 at 10th Avenue S.W. A glass pipe used for smoking crack cocaine was recovered.
-Harassment from Waffle House.
-Noise Complaint/Barking Dog from 136 Lake Trace.

-Harassment/Resisting Arrest from Thompson High School.
-Theft of Property from coin-operated laundry/Southbrook Village. Stolen were a billfold valued at $20, a driver’s license and various cards.

-Theft of Property from Thompson High School. A Razor cellular phone valued at $250 was stolen.
-Obstruction of Justice/Using False Identity/Unlawful Possession of Marijuana from 11th Ave. S.W. A plastic bag containing seeds, which appear to be marijuana seeds, were recovered.
-Theft of Identity/Theft of Property from America’s Thrift Store. Stolen was an olive green Dooney and Bourke wallet with contents valued at $112, $180 cash and assorted credit cards.

-Domestic Violence/Harassment.

-Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Pills in a clear plastic bag, a straw and a razor blade were received.
-Theft of Property/Unlawful Breaking and Entering from 1564 Kent Dairy Road, Lot 708. Stolen were an Eagle air compressor valued at $780; three Hitachi nail guns valued at $306 each; and two nail pouches containing hammers, chalk lines and measuring tapes valued at $75.
-Theft of Property from America’s Thrift Store parking lot. Stolen was a Toshiba S405 laptop computer valued at $1,600; a brown leather backpack valued at $50; and 20 compact discs valued at $300.
-Burglary/Theft of Property from 1811 E Woodbrook Circle. Stolen were a safe valued at $50, a checkbook valued at $10, a laptop valued at $2,000 and jewelry valued at $3,800.

-Theft of Property from 850 9th St. N.W., Tri-State Health Care. Stolen was $947 in U.S. currency, cash only.
-Unlawful Breaking and Entering Motor Vehicle/Theft of Property from 665 Kent Dairy Road. Stolen were a pass load gas-powered nail gun valued at $365; a 13hp Subaru generator valued at $1,300; and a Ryobi hammer drill in case valued at $81.
-Theft of Property from Thompson football locker. A Regions Visa debit card was stolen.
-Rape from behind the Waffle House.
-Damage to Property from 656 11St. NW. A 1999 Honda SUV bumper received $450 damage and its driver’s side quarter panel received $450 damage.
