The Westminster School at Oak Mountain boys’ basketball team defeated Montevallo 45-31 in the Indian Springs Tip-Off tournament Nov. 11.

Jeffrey Stanford led the Knights (2-1) with 17 points in the victory. Stanford also recorded five rebounds, three steals and two assists.

Jake Doggett added 16 points and a team-high seven rebounds to go along with three steals.

Garrius Chappell led Montevallo (0-1) with eight points. Trevor Chatham finished with seven points.
