The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office announced Shelby County 47, also known as Chelsea Road, is now open to normal traffic between Columbiana and Chelsea.

A gas line was damaged from a motor vehicle accident. The road was closed at Seale Drive about one mile north of Columbiana and at Shelby County 49 until about 10:30 p.m., according to a release from the sheriff’s office.
