Ollie &8220;PawPaw&8221; Howard from Sterrett, Alabama, age 96 years, died July 7, 2006.

Funeral services were held Sunday, July 9, 2006 at 2 p.m. at Davis Chapel. Interment was held at Lawley&8217;s Chapel Cemetery in Sterret. Officiating was Rev. Marshall Alexander and Rev. Mike Wydemon. Visitation was held Saturday, July 8, 2006 from 6-9 p.m. at Kilgroe Funeral Home.

Howard is survived by his three daughters, Ruth Harding, Lucille Humphrey and Joe Alexander, two sons Ray Howard and Jerry Howard and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Mary Wydemon.

The pallbearers were Donald Brown, Gene Brown, Paul Brown, Donnie Howard, Brandon Howard, Jeramie Howard, Bobby Brown and Dewayne Brown.

directed the services.
