The First Baptist Church of Harpersville has a small, traditional style worship church service on Highway 25 near the town&8217;s City Hall.

The church has between 35-40 members and has Sunday morning worship at 11 a.m., preceded by Sunday school at 9:45 a.m.

The church also has an evening worship service on Sundays at 6 p.m. and a Wednesday prayer meeting and prayer service at 7:30 p.m.

The church participates in several community ministries, including a &8220;church start&8221; which helps fledgling churches get started and grow.

The church also has a choir that performs Sunday mornings and practices on Wednesday nights at 6:30 p.m.
