-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from 4766 U.S. 280 at Sports Plex (residence, home), Birmingham. A Dell computer was stolen.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Highway 25 near Washboard Road (highway, street), Columbiana. Recovered was a plastic bag containing crack cocaine.

-Minor in consumption of alcohol and driving while under the influence of alcohol from Valleydale Road and Meadow Drive (highway, street), Birmingham.

-Public intoxication from the 0-100 block of Great Pine Road (highway, street), Dunnavant.

-Theft of property from the 800 block of Eagle Ridge Drive (other, unknown), Birmingham. A vehicle tag was stolen.

-Property damage from County Road 47 and County Road 333 (highway, street), Chelsea. Damaged was the passenger’s side headlight on a white 2008 Ford Crown Vic.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from No. 3 Greenhill Parkway (Residence Inn), Birmingham. Recovered were 42 grams of a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana, three glass pipes and one water bong.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 0-100 block of Pioneer Avenue (residence, home), Montevallo. Stolen was an A/C and heating unit valued at $600.

-Assault and resisting arrest from the 26000 block of Highway 145 (field, woods), Wilsonville.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 200 block of Davis Hawkins Street (residence, home), Montevallo. Two power meter boxes were damaged. Two outside A/C units valued at $3,000 were stolen.

Stolen were a red Honda 350cc 4-wheeler valued at $4,000, a green Honda 350cc 4-wheeler valued at $4,500, a red Honda 70cc dirt bike valued at $1,400, two red Honda 50cc dirt bikes valued at $800 each, a red Honda 90cc 4-wheeler valued at $2,000 and a yellow Honda 90cc 4-wheeler valued at $2,000.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 100 block of Brantlville Road (residence, home), Maylene. Stolen were a 4-ton heat pump outside unit valued at $2,500, a Milwaukee drill press valued at $500, a Sonyo 25-inch TV valued at $100 and three 4 Barrell carburetors valued at $600.

-Burglary from the 200 block of Pickle Road (residence, home), Chelsea.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 200 block of Indian Forest Drive (residence, home), Indian Springs. Stolen were a Garmin NUVI 1450 valued at $150 and a HTC Incredible with a black case valued at $199.

-Theft of property and falsifying business records from the 2000 block of Knollwood Place (other, unknown), Birmingham. Stolen was approximately $1 million in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property and personal use of office from the 10000 block of Highway 25 (government, public building), Calera. Stolen was $18,655.50 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 19200 block of Highway 145 (residence, home), Shelby. Stolen were a Remington .22-caliber rifle with scope valued at $450 and a Echo powersaw with extension pole valued at $500.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Rocky Ridge Road (residence, home), Columbiana. Stolen were 38 Percocet tablets.

-Theft of property from the 2400 block of Highway 25 (service, gas station), Wilton. Stolen was a gray 2004 Ford Taurus.

-Theft of property from the 0-100 block of Rainey Alley (residence, home), Wilton. Stolen was a 60-pound red and white mixed pit bull named Sasha, valued at $300.

-Criminal mischief from the 16000 block of U.S. 280 (parking lot, garage), Chelsea. A $15 Auburn sticker displayed on a 2002 Acura was damaged when someone used a market to write “Roll Tide”on it. Damage valued at $200 was done by scratches to the passenger’s side door panel.

-Theft of property from 2321 Highway 39 (Chelsea Middle School), Chelsea. Stolen were multiple Fruit Roll-Ups and Nutrigrain bars valued at $39.

-Theft of property from 2321 Highway 39 (Chelsea Middle School), Chelsea. Multiple school lunches valued at $60.75 were stolen.

-Theft of property and burglary from the 3100 block of Bradford Place (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen were a woman’s two-tone gold, 6-prong Tiffany-style diamond engagement ring valued at $2,515, a white gold heart pendant ringed in diamonds, a slide charm bracelet of precious stones, a sapphire ring, a Hewlett Packard laptop valued at $750 and between $500 and $900 in U.S. currency.

-Theft from the 4200 block of Highway 37 (residence, home), Columbiana. Stolen were a diamond-plated full size truck toolbox valued at $500, four vehicle brake drums valued at $300, a set of mini zip up saddle bags valued at $100, a hand held grease gun valued at $25, a Coleman lantern in plastic case valued at $30 and a 5-gallon plastic gas can valued at $10.

-Theft of property and criminal mischief from the 200 block of Cain Road (other, unknown), Chelsea. Stolen were a golf flag valued at $87, two flag sticks valued at $46 and golf green. Two golf carts received miscellaneous body damage in the amount of $400.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 800 block of Narrows Point Drive (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was a Taurus Model 85 .38-caliber revolver valued at $450.

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card and theft of property from the 100 block of Kings Home Drive (residence, home), Chelsea. Charged to a debit card was $195.

-Identity theft from various locations throughout Shelby County (department store).

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 500 block of Highway 315 (residence, home), Columbiana.

-Recovery of a stolen vehicle from the 2800 block of Highway 25 (construction), Wilton. Recovered was a gray 2004 Ford Taurus.

-Domestic violence – assault from the 3300 block of Highway 30 (residence, home), Wilsonville.

-Domestic violence III – assault from the 2000 block of Chelsea Park Bend (residence, home), Chelsea.

-Property damage from the 9100 block of Bluff Ridge Road (highway, street), Helena. The front bumper on a white 2003 Pontiac Vibe was damaged.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 300 block of Simmsville Road (residence, home), Alabaster. Recovered were 4 grams of marijuana in two clear plastic bags.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from County Road 26 and Shady Lane (highway, street), Alabaster. Recovered were 18 Hydrocodone 500mg tablets.

-Theft of property and civil dispute from the 5000 block of County Road 51 (residence, home), Wilsonville. Stolen were assorted tools and equipment valued at $200,000.

-Forgery from the 5900 block of Forest Lakes Cove (residence, home), Sterrett. Forged was a check for $2,700.

-Violation of protection from abuse order from Westover Road (residence, home), Sterrett.

-Use of force from 10570 Highway 11 (Chelsea High School), Chelsea.
