Funeral services for Dorothy Gean Harrison, age 71, of Westover, were at 2 p.m., Monday, October 16, 2006 at Bolton-Letlow Chapel.

Burial followed at Union Cemetery. Visitation was Sunday from 7-9 p.m. at Bolton-Letlow Funeral Home.

Mrs. Harrison, who passed away on Friday, October 13, 2006 at her home, was born on April 1, 1935 in Wilsonville. She was a member of Fourmile Baptist Church and she was retired from Alabama Motorists Association, where she was secretary and treasurer, with 46 years of service. She is preceded in death by her husband Jack L. Harrison, Sr.

She is survived by her sons, James L. (Linda) Harrison of Fultondale, and Jack L. Harrison, Jr. of Wilsonville; five grandchildren, Eric (Lori) Harrison, Ryan (Liz) Harrison, Stephanie (Daniel) Branum, Miranda Harrison and John Paul Harrison.
