Funeral service for Lydia C. Johnson, 82, of Sterrett, was held Monday, Feb. 12, at 2 p.m., at K-Springs Church. Viewing was held one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial followed at K-Springs Cemetery.

Visitation was Sunday from 6-8 p.m.

Mrs. Johnson, who passed away on Friday, Feb. 9 at her home, was born on September 4, 1924 in Birmingham. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, J. T. Johnson. She is survived by her children, Kent (Betty) Johnson, Judy (Glen) Autry and Brenda Garrett; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and host of friends
