-Harassing communications from the 3300 block of Sunny Meadows Court (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Burglary from the 3400 block of Cahaba Beach Road (other, unknown), Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 9200 block of Brook Highland Drive (highway, street), Birmingham. Damaged were four $1 bills, a driver’s license, a stuffed frog, a garage door opener and a music CD.

-Harassing communications from Eddings Lane (residence, home), Alabaster.

-Property damage from the 0-100 block of Fulton Road (residence, home), Columbiana. Damaged was a storage building containing a riding lawn mower and miscellaneous items.

-Miscellaneous information from King’s Home Drive (residence, home), Chelsea.

-Domestic violence (assault) from the 5400 block of Woodford Drive (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Lakeview Drive (residence, home), Sterrett.

-Miscellaneous information from the 200 block of Narrows Drive (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Structure fire from the 3400 block of Cahaba Beach Road (residence, home), Birmingham. Damaged was a two-story residence.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Shire Valley Farms (residence, home), Columbiana. Letters addressed to a couple were recovered.

-Theft of property from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road (school, college). Stolen were two AT&T iPhones, a 3G valued at $50 and a 4G valued at $399.

-Harassment from the 0-100 block of Church Street (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Theft of property from the 5200 block of Dunnavant Valley Way (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen were a set of post hole diggers and a fence post driver, both valued at $30, and a 22-inch Craftsman push mower valued at $300.

Sept. 15

-Sodomy and sexual abuse from the 5000 block of Beadout Drive (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 5400 block of U.S. 280 (commercial), Birmingham. Stolen were a blue and orange Under Armour backpack, a government textbook and geometry textbook valued at $300 and sunglasses valued at $160.

-Harassing communications from U.S. 280 at Key Drive (highway, street), Birmingham.

-Criminal trespass from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road (school, college).

-Permitting dogs to run at large and theft of property from the 100 block of Hobbs Circle (residence, home), Wilsonville.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 200 block of Niven Street (residence, home), Wilsonville.

-Theft of property from the 2500 block of Single Tree (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was $210 in U.S. currency.

-Criminal mischief from the 11000 block of Highway 17 (residence, home), Montevallo. Damage valued at $200 was done to two tires, and damage of $250 was done to the rear windshield of a white 2003 Audi A4 3.0.

Sept. 16

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Liberty Court (department store), Chelsea. Stolen were 100 pieces of children’s clothing valued at $3,400.

-Civil dispute from Performance Auto at the corner of Highway 26 and County Road 313 (service, gas station), Saginaw. Damage valued at $500 was done to a gray 1993 Toyota P/U 4X4.

-Miscellaneous information from the 8800 block of Highway 51 (residence, home), Westover.

-Driving under the influence from the 4600 block of U.S. 280 (highway, street), Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Greenhill Parkway (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Burglary from the 200 block of Cahaba Oaks Trail (residence, home), Indian Springs. Stolen was an unknown quantity of four types of pills: Promethazine 25mg, Nucynta 50 mg, Cyclobenzaprine 10 mg and Adderall 30 mg.

-Civil dispute from the 400 block of Huntley Apartment Drive (residence, home), Pelham.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Morning Sun Drive (field, woods), Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 31200 block of Highway 25 (residence, home), Wilsonville. Scratched were a passenger door and interior door panel on a red 2000 GMC Sonoma.

-Criminal mischief from Morris Drive (residence, home), Montevallo. Damage of $100 was done to a front window.

-Criminal mischief from the 6200 block of Cahaba Valley Road (parking lot, garage), Birmingham. Damage valued at $250 was done to rear glass on a silver 2000 Chevy Tahoe.

-Burglary from the 1100 block of Sumner Drive (field, woods), Columbiana. Stolen were a push mower valued at $150, a weed-eater valued at $100, 10 bags of catfish feed valued at $140 and a gas can valued at $69.

-Theft of property from the ABC Store at 44 Chelsea Corners (liquor store), Chelsea. Jack Daniels No. 7 Whiskey valued at $21.99 was stolen.

-Theft of property from the 9500 block of Highway 11 (residence, home), Chelsea. Stolen was a gray 1992 GMC 1500.

-Promoting prison contraband from the 380 of McDow Road (Shelby County Sheriff’s Office and Jail), Columbiana. A tobacco pouch was recovered.

-Property damage from Whataburger at 16064 U.S. 280 (restaurant), Chelsea. A blue handicap sign was stolen. Damaged were a metal cover for a garbage container and a pole.

-Unlawful possession of certain chemical compounds from Highway 31 and Colonial Promenade Parkway (highway, street), Alabaster.

-Domestic violence III (harassment) from the 100 block of Willowood Drive (residence, home), Westover.

-Public intoxication and minor in consumption of alcohol from U.S. 280 (parking lot, garage), Chelsea.

-Domestic violence from Beechwood Trail (residence, home), Leeds.

-Death investigation from the 400 block of Brothers Avenue (residence, home), Wilsonville.

-Assault from the 100 block of Barnett Street (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Property damage from the 3400 block of Inverness Lane (parking lot, garage), Birmingham. Damaged was the front passenger side panel on a gray 2009 Chevy Malibu Hybrid.

Stolen were a Gateway computer, monitor, keyboard and speakers valued at $1,000, a Canon color printer valued at $100, a brown computer desk valued at $65, a black and gray rolling computer chair valued at $40 and black Andis T-outliner hair clippers valued at $53.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Highway 204 (residence, home), Montevallo. A Jack Russell Terrier, white with black spots, was stolen.

-Burglary from the 800 block of Highway 47 (residence, home), Shelby. Stolen were a 26-inch Vizio flatscreen TV valued at $250, a 24-inch Magnavox flatscreen TV with DVD valued at $250 and a gallon jug with loose change estimated at $200.

-Theft of property and criminal mischief from the Jack Rabbit Car Wash at 5425 U.S. 280 (other, unknown), Birmingham. Damage valued at $200 was done to three coin operated vaccum cleaners valued at $200. Stolen was $75 in quarters.

-Theft of property from Pleasant Place (residence, home), Bessemer. A red 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500 and $100 in U.S. currency were stolen.

-Promoting prison contraband from 380 McDowell Road (Shelby County Jail), Columbiana. Recovered was a property envelope containing one Clonodine 0.3mg and one Norvasc 10mg.

-Promoting prison contraband from 380 McDowell Road (Shelby County Jail), Columbiana. Recovered was a property envelope containing two tobacco pouches.

-Public intoxication from the 4000 block of Forest Lake Road (highway, street), Sterrett.

-Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime from the 100 block of Pool Road (residence, home), Shelby.

Stolen and recovered were a box of Tampax tampons valued at $9.27, two containers of hair color valued at $13.94, a container of high lighter for hair valued at $9.86 and a container of hair cover tru-blend valued at $7.97.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Highway 13 (residence, home), Helena. Stolen were a mattress set valued at $1,500, a dining room table with chairs valued at $2,000, an antique desk valued at $500, a custom chair valued at $500, a night stand valued at $150 and Armoire valued at $600.

-Domestic violence harassment and criminal mischief from the 5000 block of Highway 61 (residence, home), Wilsonville. Damage valued at $800 was done to the driver’s door and rear window of a 1991 Honda Accord.

-Burglary from the 14000 block of County Road 55 (residence, home), Sterrett. Stolen were a senior class ring valued at $350, a Vizio laptop valued at $600, an SEC championship watch and miscellaneous change.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property from Emfinger Road (residence, home), Montevallo. A NAPA car battery valued at $59 and gasoline were stolen.

-Theft of property from the 3000 block of County Road 93 (residence, home), Helena. Stolen were two braclets valued at $15, five Noxima razors valued at $5, a black and white zebra-stripped thong valued at $25 and Brittany Spears Midnight Fantasy perfume valued at $175.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 100 block of Calumet Road (residence, home), Birmingham. A radar detector valued at $100 and a $5 pocket knife were stolen.

-Burglary from the 16000 block of U.S. 280 (restaurant), Chelsea. Stolen were three cases of hamburger patties valued at $180, a tray of Texas toast valued at $7 and one large bag of coffee valued at $23.

-Theft of property and burglary from the 0-100 block of Hollybrook Road (residence, home), Columbiana. Stolen was one prescription bottle containing an unknown number of Hydrocodone pills.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 1300 block of Old Highway 280 (drug store). Damage valued at $1,000 was done to a broken out front glass door. Stolen were assorted cough syrups containing Codene valued at $200, assorted Hydrocodone syrup valued at $200 and assorted andro gel patches valued at $200.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Blue Loop (residence, home), Calera. Stolen were four truck radiators valued at $600, 15 batteries valued at $150, welding leeds valued at $400, 100 feet of copper tubing valued at $100 and two truck bell housing valued at $500.

-Burglary and arson from the 5000 block of Indian Valley Road (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen were five rifles valued at $2,100.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance from County Road 51 at The Country Store (parking lot, garage), Sterrett. Recovered was a plastic bag containing 0.5 grams of methamphetamine, a broken spoon, a syringe and two plastic bags containing a white residue.

-Theft of property from the 3500 block of Cahaba Beach Road (construction), Birmingham. Stolen were a Briggs and Stratton generator with wheel cart valued at $400 and a gas powered commercial tamp valued at $1,500.
