GULF SHORES – Gustavo Licona-Hernandez, age 43 of Calera, has been arrested for failure to report an accident with serious injuries after a woman was struck by a vehicle in Gulf Shores.

According to the Gulf Shores Police Department, on Jan. 29 at approximately 12:44 p.m., authorities responded to an injured person call in the 900 block of West Lagoon Avenue Upon arrival patrol officers located an unconscious female in the roadway with serious injuries who was later identified as a 77-year-old woman from Sauk Rapids, Minnesota.
