Sen. April Weaver announced on Tuesday, Jan. 14, that she has been selected as a member of the Club for Growth Foundation’s 2025 Fellowship class.
Since 2020, the Foundation’s Fellowship program has become a powerhouse for cultivating leadership across sectors as it is uniting a nationwide network of influential voices who are committed to promoting the principles of economic freedom and limited government.
“The Club for Growth Foundation is honored to welcome Sen. April Weaver into its 2025 Fellowship class,” Club for Growth Foundation President David McIntosh said. “Through her civic leadership, Sen. Weaver has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to advancing and protecting the economic principles that are at the heart of the American spirit – free markets, limited government and individual liberty.”
Weaver said she looks forward to working with fellow conservative leaders across the nation who have also been selected to participate in CFG’s respected Fellowship program.
“Throughout my life and during my service in President Trump’s first administration, I have been guided by my deep conservative beliefs, the traditional values instilled in me by my parents and a full understanding that the free market system and strict limits on government intrusion are essential ingredients in a successful economy,” Weaver said. “Since President Trump’s election in November, failed liberal policies of the past are being abandoned across the country, and the fundamental tenets of freedom and liberty that those of us selected for the Fellowship program embrace are taking center stage once again.”
Throughout the year-long program, Fellows participate in activities to help them be more effective advocates of economic freedom and limited government within their communities.
With the 2025 Fellowship class, The Club for Growth Foundation Fellowship now includes 266 fellows spanning 40 states and the District of Columbia.
