INDIANAPOLIS – The University of Montevallo will partner with the Birmingham CrossPlex to host the 2027 NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field National Championships, as announced by the NCAA, Wednesday, Oct. 2, in Birmingham, Alabama.

Montevallo previously hosted the event at the Birmingham CrossPlex in 2021.

“We are excited to partner with the Birmingham CrossPlex as the co-host for student-athletes competing for NCAA Division II National Championships,” said Vice President of Athletics and Special Programs Mark Richard. “Our goal is to provide a first-class championship experience to each competitor at one of the best venues in the nation. We look forward to the opportunity.”

The NCAA announced 240 host site selections on Wednesday, Oct. 2.
