-Failure to appear – theft of property 4th from 1st Street South and 7th Avenue SE.
-Theft of property first degree (greater than $2,500) from the 7000 Block of Highway 17 (construction site). Stolen was a Freightliner rollback M@ 106V valued at $40,000.
-FTA – public intoxication and FTA – assault with bodily fluids from the 800 Block of Wheeler Avenue NW, Huntsville.
-Property damage from the 200 Block of 12th Street SW (residence/home). Damaged was a rope valued at $5.
-Trespassing notice from the 400 Block of 1st Street North (restaurant).
-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $5.64.
-Alias writ of arrest from the 3200 Block of Davenport Street, Pelham.
-(FTA) failure to appear in court and FTA (driving without drivers license) from the 800 Block of 6th Avenue, Calera.

-Property damage from Interstate 65 southbound at mile marker 238 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Damaged was a front bumper of a silver Ford Fusion valued at $1.

-Alias writ of arrest – theft of property 4th and alias writ of arrest – criminal trespass third from the 2000 Block of Valleydale Road, Hoover.
-Theft of property first degree (greater than $2,500) from the 1000 Block of Arrowhead Trail (residence/home). Stolen was jewelry/precious metals/gems; gold Rolex valued at $200,000.
-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen was money valued at $100.

-Making false report to law enforcement authority and resisting arrest from the 80 Block of Bare Tree Drive (residence/home).

-Driving under the influence – alcohol from Interstate 65 southbound at mile marker 239 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was a firearm; Glock.
-Animal complaint from the 1000 Block of Colonial Drive.
-Domestic incident from the 1400 Block of 1st Avenue.

-Possession of marijuana second degree from Highway 31 and Fulton Springs Road (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was marijuana.
-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less and trespassing notice from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $485.16.
-Harassment from the 100 Block of Mount Oliver Road (residence/home).

-Trespassing notice from the 700 Block of 12th Street SW (residence/home).
-Lost property – gun from Alabaster (other/unknown). Lost was a firearm; Taurus.
-Public intoxication from the 700 Block of 12th Street SW (residence/home).
-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen was merchandise valued at $102.90.
-Larceny/theft – theft – shoplifting, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade parkway (department/discount store). Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $88.
-Domestic incident from the 100 Block of Ashford Lane.
-Possession of marijuana from Robinson Drive and Smokey Road (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered as a clear back of 9.3 grams of marijuana valued at $1.

-Criminal mischief third degree ($500 or less) from Montevallo (parking lot/garage). Damaged was a driver’s side door paint with scratches valued at $500.

-Larceny/theft – theft – from residence, more than $500 – less than $1,500 from Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen was a GE refrigerator valued at $900.
Sept. 7
-Property damage from Montevallo (highway/street).
-Criminal mischief second degree (greater than $500 to 2,500) and assault second degree from Montevallo (parking lot/garage). Damaged was a 2009 Chevrolet Impala driver’s side window, a 2009 Chevrolet Impala back window and a 2009 Chevrolet Impala taillight and body valued at $2,000.
