PELHAM – For collectors of designer and specialty Christmas ornaments, E&C Creations will host a Holiday Collector Shop in time for the upcoming holiday season.

Owners Roman and Ellan Harris will open their shop in Pelham on Wednesday, Oct. 23 and will run it through the end of December. It will be open Wednesday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

“This is more of a collector’s holiday shop, as we are carrying things not available within 200 miles of here,” Roman Harris said. “We’ve been doing it (the business) for the last three years online and last year we tested the waters with seasonal retail and pop-ups on weekends only. It went over pretty well, so this year instead of a pop-up shop, we will open our retail space.”

A special Open House event is set for Oct. 19 from 1-4 p.m. and will feature The Ornament King, as crowned by The Washington Post, who will be in attendance to meet with locals and collectors. The business is a platinum store for the brand Heartfully Yours.

Brands for sale will include: Enesco/Department 56, Possible Dreams, Disney, Jim Shore, Christopher Radko and more.

“We will also have one new line, Polish-brand Koronex, that has never sold direct to the U.S. before, and I’m a sales representative,” Roman Harris said. “This is their first time to market in the U.S. and no one has ever seen them anywhere here before.”

Along with the collector’s ornaments, there will be children’s toys, plushies and other items available for purchase.

The shop will also host a special Santa event at the end of November on a date to be determined, with proceeds going back to a local school.
