Aug. 5

-Possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 2100 Block of Kent Dairy Road (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was testosterone 250 mg, sustanon 350 mg and a digital scale.

-Fraud – identity theft from the 200 Block of Stoney Trail (residence/home). Stolen was identity valued at $0.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, more than $500 – less than $1,500 from the 700 Block of 3rd Avenue NW. Stolen was white sneakers; New York Boot Company; Carlin, money and miscellaneous items valued at $710.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen was merchandise valued at $155.90.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen was merchandise valued at $279.40.

-Theft of property first degree (greater than $2,500) from unknown. Stolen was money valued at $30,000.

-Property damage from 14th Avenue SW and Stadium Drive. Damaged was a driver side truck bed and a tail light valued at $5,500.

-Property damage from the 9200 Block of Highway 119 (parking lot/drop lot/garage).

-Trespassing notice from the 100 Block of 6th Street SW (residence/home).

-Driving under the influence – alcohol from 10th Street SW at 9th Avenue SW (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

Aug. 6

-Information only from the 100 Block of Smith Trail (residence/home).

-Theft of property first degree (greater than $2,500) from the 8600 Block of Highway 119 (other/unknown). Stolen was money valued at $11,679.28.

-Property damage from the 9200 Block of Highway 119 (parking lot/drop lot/garage).

-Lost property from Alabaster (other/unknown).

Aug. 7

-Information only from the 1000 Block of 1st Street North (government/public building).

-Alias warrant – failure to display insurance from the 8900 Block of Highway 231, Wetumpka.

-Public intoxication from the 100 Block of 1st Street North (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Public intoxication from the 1200 Block of 1st Street North (parking lot/drop lot/garage). Recovered was a firearm; Taurus G3C.

-Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 31 and Ozley Road (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered were two bags of 2.7 grams of marijuana, a glass pipe and grinder.

-Information only from the 800 Block of 9th Street NW (residence/home).

-Theft of property first degree from the 4000 Block of Susie View Lane (construction site). Stolen were black 25 year architect shingles valued at $4,849.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, more than $500 – less than $1,500 from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen and recovered was other; various Walmart items valued at $152.90.

-Domestic incident from the 100 Block of Berkshire Manor Circle.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, more than $500 – less than $!,500 and trespassing notice from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen and recovered was other; Walmart property valued at $55.96.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen and recovered were household goods valued at $343.20.

Aug. 8

-Alias warrant/failure to comply with court orders and alias warrant/driving without obtaining a driver’s license from the 1200 Block of Walker Chapel Road, Birmingham.

-Alias warrant FTA TOP theft of property 4th from the 300 Block of McDow Road.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less and obstructing justice using a false identity from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen was merchandise valued at $160.65.

Aug. 9

-Alias warrant (driving without obtaining a drivers license) from the 30 Block of Philip Davis Street, Pelham.

-Possession of marijuana second degree from Highway 119 and 4th Place SW (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was approximately 3.6 grams of marijuana.

-Driving under the influence – alcohol from the 9900 Block of Highway 119 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Harassment from Highway 119 and Woodbrook Shell (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Failure to comply with court order and capias warrant – theft of property 4th from County Road 17 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Disorderly conduct from the 700 Block of 6th Avenue Southwest (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).
