July 8

-Fraud – identity theft from the 700 Block of South West, Bentonville, Ark. (other/unknown). Stolen was identity valued at $0.

-Receiving stolen property first degree (greater than $2,500) from Smokey Road at Smokey Ridge Lane (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was a Catepillar diesel powered generator valued at $100,000.

-Criminal mischief second degree (greater than $500 to $2,500) and criminal trespass first degree from the 100 Block of Grande View Circle (residence/home). Damaged was a back window valued at $1,200.

-Theft of property first degree (greater than $2,500) from the 8600 Block of Highway 119 (service/gas station). Stolen was money valued at $43,871.22).

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 300 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen was merchandise valued at $138.09.

-Information only from the 1100 Block of Whippoorwill Drive (residence/home). Stolen was money valued at $2,700.

-Information only from the 8600 Block of Highway 119 (parking lot/drop lot/garage).

-Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia from Interstate 65 North at mile marker 240 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was 3.4 grams of marijuana and a homemade grav bong.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $192.14.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia and alias warrant from Highway 31 and 7th Avenue SE. Recovered was a glass pipe with cocaine residue.

-Alias warrant (FTA – operating vehicle without insurance) from the 11000 Block of Highway 119.

July 9

-Theft of property first degree (greater than $2,500) from the 8600 Block of Highway 119. Stolen was money valued at $4,200.

-Theft of property first degree (greater than $2,500) from the 8600 Block of Highway 119 (commercial/office building). Stolen was money valued at $5,000.

-Domestic violence – third degree – criminal mischief from the 200 Block of 1st Street SW (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Damaged was a vehicle valued at $1.

July 10

-Alias warrant (failure to comply with court orders) and capias warrant (theft of property fourth) from Highway 25 at Davis Street, Montevallo.

July 11

-Property damage from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Damaged was a passenger car of a gray Dodge Challenger.

-Criminal mischief second degree (greater than $500 to $2,500) fro the 700 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (restaurant). Damaged were two pole and tables valued at $2,000.

-Capias warrant (failure to register vehicle) and bench warrant (failure to comply with court order) from the 300 Block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

July 12

-Violation of a protection order from the 400 Block of 1st Street SW (restaurant).

-Possession of marijuana first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia from U.S. 31 and 2nd Place NW (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was drugs/narcotics 226.4 grams of marijuana, drug/narcotic equipment scale, drug/narcotic equipment, money, firearm; Glock and firearm; Century Arms (Draco).

-Public intoxication and driving under the influence – alcohol from Interstate 65 at mile marker 238 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Information only from Interstate 65 south at mile marker 238. Recovered was a firearm .223mm and firearm .9mm.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, more than $500 – less than $1,500 from the 500 Block of 11th Street NW (residence/home). Stolen was Reggie Bush jersey, clothes, Shark vacuum, Funko Pop evil nun, jewelry/precious metals/gems and DNKY perfume valued at $560.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $1,500-$2,500 from the 200 Block of South Colonial Drive (department/discount store). Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $1,700.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 2200 Block of County Road 87. Stolen was unknown amount of diesel fuel valued at $1.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen was merchandise valued at $112.
