June 3

-Theft of property first degree (greater than $2,500) from the 1900 Block of Fulton Springs Road (parking lot/drop lot/garage). Stolen was other catalytic converters valued at $3,000.

-Harassing communications from the 2000 Block of King Charles Court (residence/home).

-Property damage and larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 7500 Block of Highway 119 (parking lot/drop lot/garage). Stolen was a sign valued at $447.90.

-Property damage from the 100 Block of South Colonial Drive (parking lot/drop lot/garage).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $1,500-$2,500 fro the 800 Block of 1st Street North (parking lot/drop lot/garage). Stolen was a Rock Island 1911 45 cal valued at $200.

-Information only/death investigation from the 100 Block of 8th Court SE (residence/home).

-Information only from the 100 Block of Kentwood Lane (residence/home). Damaged were structures – other/grass valued at $1.

June 4

-Theft of lost property 4th from the 7300 Block of Highway 119 (park/playground).

-Information only from the 800 Block of 9th Street NW (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, more than $500 – less than $1,500 from the 7300 Block of Highway 119 (park/playground). Stolen was money, credit/debit cards; Cadence Master Card and assorted cards (Sams and COVID) valued at $1,000.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $19.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $176.30.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (grocery/supermarket). Stolen was merchandise valued at $149.87.

-TOP theft of property 4th shoplifting from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen was consumable goods valued at $163.66.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen and recovered was various merchandise valued at $51.42.

-Information only – animal control from the 1000 Block of Flyway View Lane.

June 5

-Harassment from the 700 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store).

-Possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana second degree from 1st Street North and Industrial Road (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was 6.2 grams of marijuana, two white power substance believed to be Fentanyl in clear baggies and 1 Alprazolam pill broken in half.

-Possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1000 Block of drug paraphernalia from the 1000 Block of 1st Street South (service/gas station). Recovered was Fentanyl, pipes and scales.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the intersection of Highway 31 and Highway 119 (residence/home).

-Information only from the 500 Block of Regent Drive.

-Alias warrant (failure to comply with court orders) and capias warrant – theft of property 3rd degree from the 20 Block of 15th Street North, Bessemer.

-Property damage from the 100 Block of Summer Crest (residence/home). Damaged was artistic supples/accessories red flower pot, artistic supplies/accessories white flower pot and lawn/yard/garden equipment black mailbox valued at $420.

June 6

-Harassing communications from the 2000 Block of North Grande View Lane (residence/home).

-Alias warrant (failure to comply with court order) and capias warrant (driving with suspended) from the 800 Block of Richard Arrington Jr. Boulevard, Birmingham. Recovered were tools; small pair of silver tweezers and tools; small black screwdriver.

-Domestic violence – third degree from the 100 Block of 4th Place SE (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Property damage from Interstate 65 South at mile marker 239. Damaged was a black Ford F150.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 800 Block of 9th Street NW (drug store/doctor’s office/hospital). Stolen was money; U.S. currency valued at $170.

-Information only from the 100 Block of Lighthouse Drive.

-Harassing communications and larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 100 Block of Brooke Lane. Stolen was a Dewalt skill saw and Matco brake compressor tool valued at $2.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia and information only from the 2200 Block of Kent Dairy Road (grocery/supermarket). Recovered was drugs/narcotic equipment; glass crack pipe.

June 7

-Death investigation from the 1300 Block of Michael Drive (residence/home). Recovered was a crushed orange pill, used syringe, loaded syringe and Apple cellphone.

-Domestic incident from the 1200 Block of 2nd Street NE.

-Domestic violence – third degree from the 100 Block of Sugar Hill Lane (residence/home).

-Alias warrant (FTA driving with learners permit only) from the 800 Block of Richard Arrington Jr Boulevard, Birmingham.

-Capias warrant (theft of property) and failure to comply with court order from the 2000 Block of Valleydale Road, Hoover.

-Information only from the 8600 Block of Highway 119 (service/gas station).

-Property damage from the 100 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway. Damaged was a drive thru awning valued at $5,000.

June 8

-Driving under the influence – alcohol from Highway 119 and Smokey Road (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Information only from the 100 Block of Port South Lane.

-Alias warrant – possession of marijuana 2nd and alias warrant – carrying concealed pistol without a license from the 800 Block of Richard Arrington Boulevard, Birmingham.

-Driving under the influence – alcohol and minor in consumption of alcohol from Highway 119 and Wilderness Lane (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was a Glock 19.

-Robbery first degree and criminal mischief first degree (greater than $2,500) from the 1100 Block of 1st Street South. Damaged was a gray Nissan Sentra valued at $22,000. Recovered was a Glock 19, firearm accessories; various; 9mm gold Luger, portable electronic communications; two black Apple iPhones, money U.S. currency valued at $27.

-Animal complaint from the 2200 Block of Kent Dairy Road.

-Property damage from the 200 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway. Damaged was a rear quarter panel of a blue Infinity QX60 valued at $100.

-Trespassing notice from the 800 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (restaurant).

-TOP theft of property 4th shoplifting from the 300 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $341.64.

-Alias warrant – speeding from Highway 87 and Interstate 65.

June 9

-Disorderly conduct and public intoxication from the 700 Block of Simmsville Road (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was a Ruger 40 cal, 9mm shell casings and .40 cal shell casings valued at $0.

-Sexual misconduct from the 100 Block of Warwick Drive (residence/home).

-Driving under the influence – alcohol from Highway 119 and 11th Avenue SW (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Capias warrant (under the influence of alcohol) and capias warrant (improper lane usage) from the 300 Block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Assault third degree from the 800 Block of 3rd Avenue NW (residence/home).

-Domestic violence – third degree from the 100 Block of Hickory Hills Drive (residence/home).

-Fraudulent use of credit/debit card from the 900 Block of Four Wings Drive (department/discount store). Stolen was money valued at $235.63.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree from the 7800 Block of Highway 17 (residence/home). Stolen was a firearm; black Taurus and key for car/house valued at $2.

-Information only from Main Street (highway/street). Recovered was a black straw pipe containing an unknown white powder substance and a small mutlicolor container containing 7 Xanax pills valued at $2.

June 6

-Disorderly conduct from Alex Mill Road (highway/street).

-Property damage from Fairview Lane (other/unknown). Damaged was a radiator, two head lights, front bumper and a hood valued at $1,100.
