May 1

-Criminal mischief third degree ($500 or less) from the 1400 Block of 1st Street North (restaurant). Damaged was a sliding glass door valued at $200.

-Alias/failure to comply with court orders and capias/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 3200 Block of Point Mallard Parkway, Priceville. Recovered was a pink tazer in black holster valued at $1.

-Failure to comply with court orders and capias warrant – driving without license from the 800 Block of Highway 52 East, Helena.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and criminal mischief third degree ($500 or less) from the 7300 Block of Highway 119 (parking lot/drop lot/garage and park/playground). Stolen was a Regions credit/debit card, Wells Fargo credit/debit card and Capital One credit/debit card and a drivers license valued at $0. Damaged was a red 2016 Subaru Outback valued at $500.

-Possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana second degree from Highway 119 and 1st Street South (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was 2.4 grams of MDMA (Ecstasy), 7.5 grams of marijuana and Glock 22 firearm valued at $1.

-Alias warrant – failure to comply with court orders and capias warrant – possession of drug paraphernalia from the 2700 Block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (government/public building).
