April 15

-Dalton Gage Cagle, 24, of Birmingham, probation violation: warrant with Jefferson County Sheriff Office.

-Xavien Rodriguez, 19, of Perth Amboy, NJ, possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.

-Yesenia Lopez, 41, of Perth Amboy, NJ, possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.

-Jan Higgins Varner, 46, of Verbena, FTA – failure to comply with court orders and capias warrant – driver’s license not in possession.

-Timothy Daniel Jude, 36, of Brierfield, alias warrant (failure to comply with court orders), capias warrant (driving while license suspended) and capias warrant (leaving the scene of an accident).

-Whitney Alexandria Conner, 37, of Alabaster, alias warrant (theft of property 4th), alias warrant (driving while revoked) and capias warrant ( driving while license suspended).

-Cynthia Michelle Cox, 51, of Clanton, alias/failure to comply with court orders and capias/possession of marijuana 2nd.

April 16

-Miguel Angel Mendoza-Lopez, 36, of Pelham, alias warrant.

-Benjamin Telkulve Deonta Green, 41, of Montgomery, driving while revoked.

-Don Michael Aguirre, 49, of Calexico, Calif., receiving stolen property first degree (greater than $2,500).

-Phillip Dukes, 47, of Alabaster, driving under the influence – controlled substance.

-Johnnie Redmond Wright, 41, of Bessemer, failure to appear in court and capias warrant – driving while license revoked.

-Corey Fletcher Ashcraft, 33, of Alabaster, possession of marijuana first degree, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

April 17

-Lolita Deanne Smith Braxton, 48, of Birmingham, driving under the influence – alcohol.

-Troy David Lee, 57, of Tallassee, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance.

-Kevin Marquette Harris, 39, of Montgomery, FTA – driving while license suspended.

-Danny Lee Bear, 65, of Montevallo, alias warrant FTA failure to comply with court order and capias warrant theft of property 3rd.

-Charles Reid Simpson, II, 31, of Pelham, unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

-Toney Glenn Kent, 33, of Montevallo, alias warrant (driving while license suspended).

-Ronald Huey Drain, Jr., 56, of Alabaster, possession of marijuana second degree.

April 18

-Aziel Montoya Perez, 30, of Montevallo, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana second degree.

-Juan Carlos Rivera Velazquez, 41, of Helena, alias warrant/under the influence of alcohol, alias warrant/improper lane usage, alias warrant/ignition interlock misdemeanor and alias warrant/driving without obtaining a license.
