-Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 300 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot/drop lot/garage). Recovered was a bag of marijuana, 16 grams of marijuana and a metal grinder.

March 26

-Theft of property first degree (greater than $2,500) from the 200 Block of Windsor Court (cyberspace). Stolen was a wire transfer valued at $24,385.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen and recovered were 3 miscellaneous items valued at $47.88.

-Failure to comply with court order and capias warrant (drivers license not in possession) from the 1100 Block of Townhouse Road, Helena.

-Information only from the 100 Block of Star View Circle.

-Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 Block of South Colonial Drive (parking lot/drop lot/garage). Recovered was 1.8 grams of marijuana and two pipes with residue.

-Fraudulent use of credit/debit card from the 400 Block of Heathersage Road (residence/home). Stolen was money valued at $9,800.

-Driving under the influence – alcohol from Simmsville Road and County Road 68 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Driving under the influence any substance from Smokey Road and Timber Ridge Drive (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was THC vape pen.

March 27

-Possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 800 Block of 9th Street NW (drug store/doctor’s office/hospital). Recovered was 0.7 grams of Methamphetamine and meth pipe.

-Capias warrant (driving while suspended) and failure to comply with court orders from the 9000 Block of County Road 22, Calera.

-FTA – operating vehicle without insurance and FTA – driving while license suspended from the 300 Block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 1000 Block of 1st Street North (parking lot/drop lot/garage).

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $1,500-$2,500 from the 200 Block of South Colonial Drive (department/discount store). Stolen was merchandise valued at $2,310.21.

-Death investigation from the 100 Block of Sand Pebble Street (residence/home).

-Burglary third degree from the 1500 Block of Kent Dairy Road (residence/home). Stolen were three STHL chainsaws and a STHL blower valued at $1,854.

-Theft of property first degree (greater than $2,500) from the 10700 Block of Highway 17 (other/unknown). Stolen was a red Yamaha Grizzly 4×4 ATV valued at $6,000.

-Possession of marijuana second degree from the 800 Block of 1st Street North (parking lot/drop lot/garage). Recovered was 4.8 grams of marijuana and a Century Arms AK-47.

-Theft of lost property 3rd degree from the 9900 Block of Highway 119 (service/gas station). Stolen was a Samsung cell phone and a wallet with various cards valued at $510.

-Possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance from 1st Street South and 7th Avenue SE (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was 5.7 grams of Methamphetamine, 8.2 grams of cocaine and a black digital scale with residue.

March 30

-Retail theft 1st degree from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen were 90 miscellaneous items valued at $1,030.61.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 9200 Block of Highway 119 (liquor store). Stolen was alcohol valued at $250.
