The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Feb. 9-16:
Feb. 9
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Riverhill Business Park, Birmingham. An iPhone 14 Pro Max valued at $1,400 was stolen.
-Receiving stolen property second degree from the 4000 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A Shadow Systems MR920 9-millimeter pistol valued at $970 was stolen.
-Domestic violence-harassment from the 400 block of Hodgens Road, Chelsea.
Feb. 10
-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Chelsea Park Circle, Chelsea.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 9400 block of South Main Street, Wilsonville.
-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 1200 block of Highland Lakes Trail, Birmingham. A mailbox sustained $300 in damages.
-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 200 block of Highland Lakes Drive, Birmingham. A retaining wall, lighting, bushes, tree and grass sustained $5,000 in damages.
-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 1900 block of River Drive, Shelby.
-Permitting dogs to run at large from Derrick Drive, Vincent.
-Incident from the 100 block of Inverness Corners, Birmingham. A white rock like substance (.9 gram) was confiscated.
-Theft of property from the 7100 block of Retreat Circle, Birmingham. A total of $800 was stolen via three cash transactions.
-Aggravated cruelty to animals from the 4100 block of Lakeshore Drive, Birmingham. Two dogs valued at $2,000 were damaged.
-Death investigation from the 2500 block of Shelby County 47, Columbiana.
-Theft of property fourth degree from the 2000 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham. Four BuzzBall Chillers alcoholic beverages valued at $20 were stolen.
Feb. 11
-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Sterrett Drive, Sterrett.
-Domestic violence-assault from the 200 block of Belmont Way, Chelsea.
-Assault from the 6300 block of Beaver Brook CV, Birmingham. A wooden bat with large metal spikes was confiscated.
-Property damage from Valleydale Road and Shadowbrook Trail, Birmingham. A 2024 Honda HRV SUV was damaged.
-Harassment from the 200 block of Brookside Lane, Vandiver.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana first degree, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 238-mile marker of I-65 North, Alabaster. Marijuana (43.7 grams) and digital scales were recovered.
-Incident from the 2000 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett. A pair of red “White Binch” women’s leggings and gray “Adore Me” women’s panties were recovered.
-Domestic violence third degree-criminal mischief, resisting arrest from the 1700 block of Springfield Loop East, Birmingham. A bedroom wall sustained $75 in damages.
-Resisting arrest from the 1700 block of Springfield Loop East, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence-strangulation from the 300 block of Shelby Forest Drive, Chelsea.
-Incident from U.S. 280 and Shelby County 55, Sterrett. A 2019 Chevy Malibu was damaged.
-Property damage from the intersection of Shelby County 39 and Shelby County 335, Chelsea. A 2014 Mazda 6 Sport was damaged.
Feb. 12
-Death investigation from the 100 block of White Circle, Shelby.
-Domestic investigation from the 90 block of Southwood Trail, Alabaster.
-Damage to property from the 10000 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea. A bumper, right rear taillight and Chevrolet pickup tailgate were damaged.
-Domestic violence third degree-menacing from the 100 block of Lenox Drive, Birmingham.
-Incident from the 5500 block of Surrey Lane, Birmingham.
-Harassment from the 16700 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.
-Incident from the 5000 block of Indian Valley Road, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence third degree-criminal mischief from the 6200 block of Shelby County 61, Wilsonville. A glass coaster valued at $20 was damaged.
-Burglary, theft of property from Lyndon Drive, Birmingham. A Samsung electric stove valued at $737 (five count) was stolen.
-Agency assist from the 4600 block of U.S. 280 East, Birmingham.
-Receiving stolen property from the 3000 block of Shelby County 26, Columbiana. A Case TV370B skid steer valued at $60,000 was recovered.
-Death investigation from the 5000 block of Logan Drive, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence-harassment from the 4000 block of Eagle Ridge Court, Birmingham.
Feb. 13
-Theft of property first degree from the Fish Camp Road construction site, Chelsea. Four Whirlpool stoves valued at $615 apiece and a keypad lock valued at $125 were stolen.
-Theft of property from the 8300 block of Alabama 155, Montevallo. A 2019 GMC Avadia was stolen.
-Criminal mischief from the 6400 block of Shelby County 10, Montevallo. A large property gate and hinges sustained about $100 in damages.
-Incident from the 90 block of ET Lane, Sterrett.
-Assault from the Shelby County Jail at 380 McDow Road, Columbiana.
-Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Branch Drive, Chelsea.
-Domestic investigation from the 1300 block of Shelby County 77, Columbiana.
-Harassing communications from the 3300 block of Shelby County 10, Montevallo.
-Assault from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.
-Domestic investigation from the 1100 block of Monaghan Drive, Birmingham.

-Failure/refusal to display insurance, vehicle entering from private road from U.S. 31 at 11th Avenue Southeast, Alabaster.
-Criminal trespass from the 100 block of Briarville Road, Columbiana.
-Incident from the 100 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.
-Harassment from the 200 block of Belmont Way, Chelsea.
-Incident from the 200 block of Chesser Reserve Drive, Chelsea.
-Missing person from the 9200 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.
-Death investigation from the 9000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.
-Theft of property from the 1300 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana. A PlayStation 5 valued at $1,000 was stolen.
-Domestic violence third degree-reckless endangerment, escape second degree from the 100 block of Lenox Drive, Birmingham. A Ruger Security 9-millimeter was confiscated.
-Attempting to elude from the 8000 block of Shelby County 55, Westover.
-Incident from Alabama 119 and Broken Bow Drive, Birmingham.
-Property damage from the 14200 block of Shelby County 43, Vandiver. Damage to bull bar, light on bull bar, bumper, grill, hood and front driver’s side fender was reported on a 2011 Toyota Tundra.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana second degree from the 9900 block of Shelby County 42, Shelby. A white, oblong pill labeled M522 (Oxycodone) (.51 gram) and marjuana in a clear plastic baggy (10.65 grams) were recovered.
-Domestic violence third degree from the 1100 block of Sumner Drive, Columbiana.
-Incident from the 6000 block of Shelby County 55, Wilsonville.
Feb. 15
-Incident from the 100 block of Woodbury Drive, Sterrett.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree, drug paraphernalia from U.S. 280 at Hugh Daniel Drive, Birmingham. A green leafy substance (marijuana) (3.4 grams) and a gray tube with residue were confiscated.
-Assault from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.
-Domestic violence third degree-criminal mischief, harassment from the 1900 block of Stonebrook Lane, Birmingham. A living room table with drawer sustained $100 in damages, glass vase with flowers sustained $100 in damages, bedroom door sustained $400 in damages and a front door sustained $500 in damages.
-Domestic violence third degree-assault from the 100 block of Oakmont Road, Birmingham.
-Identity theft from the 5500 block of Double Oak Lane, Birmingham.
-Domestic investigation from the 400 block of Shelby County 223, Montevallo.
-Computer tampering from the 100 block of Depot Street, Wilton.
-Incident from the 3200 block of Chickasaw Lane, Birmingham. A chain link fence was damaged.
-Theft of property fourth degree from the 25700 block of Alabama 145, Columbiana. $61.20 worth of gas was stolen.
-Theft of property from the 12000 block of Shelby County 43, Vandiver. A Ruger LCP 380 firearm valued at $230 was stolen.
-Incident from the 7000 block of Shelby County 61, Wilsonville.
-Identity theft from the 3100 block of Shelby County 77, Columbiana. Between $12,000 to $15,000 of a line of credit on a mortgage loan was stolen.
-Resisting arrest from the 3900 block of Alabama 25, Montevallo.
-Criminal mischief second degree from the 3900 block of Alabama 25, Montevallo. A 2020 Chevy Tahoe sustained $1,500 in damages.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree, drug paraphernalia from the 42000 block of Alabama 25, Vincent. Marijuana (1.5 grams) and a loaded marijuana pipe were confiscated.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 42000 block of Alabama 25, Vincent. Meth (1 gram) was confiscated.
Feb. 16
-Domestic violence third degree-harassment, domestic violence third degree-criminal mischief second degree from the 1000 block of Oak Tree Boulevard, Chelsea.
-Theft of property from the 2500 block of Alabama 25, Montevallo. A 2011 Ford Ranger valued at $5,000, Alabama driver’s license valued at $30, Central State Bank debit card and Social Security card valued at $25 were stolen.
-Incident from the 5000 block of Chelsea Road, Chelsea. A 2012 Chrysler Town & Country was damaged.
-Property damage from Caldwell Mill Road and Caldwell Mill Lane, Pelham. A 2020 Honda Pilot EX sustained $500 in damages.
-Incident from the 2000 block of Lake Circle, Sterrett.
-Incident from the 700 block of Gerald Lane, Chelsea.
-Incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. A glass pipe with residue was confiscated.
-Harassment from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.
-Identity theft from the 200 block of Shelby County 101, Sterrett.
-Incident from the 100 block of South Hill Drive, Wilsonville.
-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Lakeshore Drive, Shelby.
-Domestic violence-harassment, criminal mischief from the 7400 block of Shelby County 61, Wilsonville.
-Domestic violence-harassment, criminal mischief from the 7400 block of Shelby County 61, Wilsonville.
-Sodomy first degree from the 900 block of Hargis Drive, Chelsea. A blue sleeping bag was recovered.
-Burglary from the 0 block of Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham. A clear plastic baggy containing marijuana (approximately 5.9 grams) and a marijuana grinder were confiscated.
