The Thompson Warriors are headed to the Elite Eight for the first time since 2013 after a 20-point win against James Clemens on Wednesday, Feb. 14. The Warriors outscored the Jets 43-20 in the second half to pull away for the win. Colben Landrew’s 19 points led the way, while he finished with six rebounds. Jared Smith added eight points and nine boards, while Jay Green finished with 11 points and five rebounds. Thompson will play either Hoover or Austin next Tuesday at Wallace State for a spot in the Final Four.
