The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Nov. 15-22:
Nov. 15
-Domestic violence-harassment from the 1100 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.
-Miscellaneous information from the 2000 block of Oak Meadows Place, Birmingham.
Nov. 16
-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Lakewood Drive, Sterrett.
-Domestic violence-assault second degree from the 900 Building of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.
-Theft of property (controlled substance) from the 500 block of McBrayer Drive, Vincent. Buprenorphine (8 milligrams/Naloxone 2 milligram SL TAB; 45 count) valued at $500 was stolen.
-Theft of property from the 1200 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham. A 2014 Dodge Durango was stolen.
-Assault third degree from the 10000 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea.
-Burglary, theft of property from the 6000 block of Brookhill Circle, Birmingham. $1,000 and a safe were stolen.
-Theft of property from the 1000 block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham. An iPhone 15 valued at $1,200 was stolen.
-Domestic investigation from the 3600 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 1000 block of Horton Farm Road, Columbiana.
-Domestic violence third degree-assault from Stinson Drive, Wilsonville.
-Domestic violence-assault from the 8000 block of Alabama 155, Montevallo at Country Store.
-Criminal trespass from the 400 block of Shelby County 270, Maylene.
-Domestic violence from the 47100 block of Alabama 25, Vincent.
-Leaving premises of gasoline sales establishment without remitting payment from the 4100 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby. A total of 17.98 gallons of gasoline valued at $52.15 was stolen.
-Criminal trespass from the 400 block of Shelby County 270, Maylene.
-Attempting to elude from the 400 block of Shelby County 270, Maylene.
-Domestic violence third degree-harassment, criminal mischief from the 300 block of Belvedere Circle, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 300 block of Belvedere Circle, Birmingham.
-Assault third degree from the 2000 block of Garland Court, Birmingham.
Nov. 17
-Missing person from the 200 block of Kings Home Drive, Chelsea.
-Death investigation from the 900 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo.
-Property damage from the area of Fleming Road and Shelby County 466, Vincent. A fire hydrant was damaged.
-Theft of property from the 200 block of Morning Sun Drive, Birmingham. A 2015 Chrysler 200 LX was stolen.
-Harassment from the 1000 block of Bear Creek Road, Sterrett.
-Harassment from the 200 block of Chesser Plantation Lane, Chelsea.
-Civil incident from the 7300 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence-menacing, harassment from the sub-100 block of Strickland Road, Columbiana.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. A blue pocket knife and refillable vape device were confiscated.
-Possession of marijuana second degree from Valleydale Road and Inverness Corners, Birmingham. Marijuana (approximately 25 grams) was confiscated.
Nov. 18
-Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Deodorant, Versace cologne, floss, toothpaste, hair gel, body wash and toothbrush valued at $285.86 were stolen.
-Harassment, menacing from the 300 block of Wallace Drive, Shelby.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 200 block of Heather Lane, Columbiana.
-Obstructing justice using false ID, unlawful possession of a controlled substance from U.S. 280 at Doug Baker Boulevard, Birmingham. Methamphetamine (0.4 gram), a gray pen housing with white residue, metal grinder with marijuana residue, air chuck with marijuana residue, brass air chuck with marijuana residue and a socket with marijuana residue were confiscated.
-Discharging a firearm into an occupied or unoccupied building, terrorist threat from the 300 block of Wallace Drive, Shelby. A large glass window sustained $1,500 in damages and a wooden pillar sustained $1,000 in damages.
-Domestic investigation from the 1000 block of Dunsmore Drive, Chelsea.
-Resisting arrest from the 300 block of Wallace Drive, Shelby.
-Domestic violence-harassment from the 200 block of Clairmont Road, Sterrett.
-Criminal mischief from the 400 block of Snow Drive, Alabaster. A 2019 Merz Sprinter delivery van sustained $400 in damages (right side door).
-Miscellaneous incident from U.S. 280 and Chelsea Road, Chelsea.
-Property damage from the 13000 block of Shelby County 43, Vandiver. A 2013 Nissan Altima was damaged.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 1700 block of Shelby County 87, Calera.
-Theft of property fourth degree from the 1600 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Apple bacon, Powerade, Pepsi, yogurt and snacks valued at $43.73 were stolen.
-Theft of property from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A Galaxy S23 valued at $800 was stolen.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree, driving while suspended from U.S. 280 and Bowling Drive, Birmingham. Green marijuana (5.1 grams) and Psilocybin mushrooms (37 grams) were recovered.
-DUI, unlawful possession of marijuana second degree from the 15000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A green leafy substance presumed to be marijuana (1.4 grams) and Gabapentin 100-milligram capsules (47 count) were confiscated. Two opened beers, four unopened, two small vodka bottles with one open were damaged/destroyed.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia from the 2600 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham. Marijuana (1.9 grams) and a socket embedded into a blue bottle cap with marijuana residue were confiscated.
Nov. 19
-Domestic investigation from the 5200 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby.
-Domestic violence by strangulation or suffocation from the 200 block of Diamond Lane, Montevallo.
-Death investigation from the 3500 block of Shelby County 13, Helena.
-Missing person-juvenile from the 400 block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 12000 block of Shelby County 42, Shelby. Fentanyl (approximately 0.5 gram with packaging) was confiscated.
-Assault second degree-teacher or education institution employee from the 1000 block of Hornet Parkway, Chelsea.
Nov. 20
-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree, drug paraphernalia from Shelby County 47 and U.S. 280, Chelsea. Marijuana (approximately 15 grams) and a set of digital scales with residue were confiscated.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 200 block of Clairmont Road, Chelsea.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 700 block of U.S. 31, Saginaw. A total of 30 sheets of aluminum for window and door facing were recovered.
-Child in need of supervision (CHINS) from the 400 block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea.
-Death investigation from the 1000 block of Shelby County 468, Vincent.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from U.S. 280 at the Talladega County line, Harpersville. A front passenger door window and door handle were broken, amounting to $350 in damages, and a red 18-volt cordless Milwaukee skill saw valued at $199 was stolen.
-Property damage from U.S. 280 and Doug Baker Boulevard, Birmingham. A 2018 Lexus LS 500 sustained $300 in damages (rear windshield).
-Miscellaneous incident from an unknown location.
-Theft of property, forgery fourth degree from the 200 block of Shelby County 77, Columbiana.
-Harassing communications from Sagebrush Lane, Maylene.
-Possession of burglar’s tools from the 800 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham. A red and black screwdriver was confiscated.
Nov. 21
-Missing person from the 2200 block of Massey Road, Alabaster.
-Burglary from the 2000 block of Brook Highland Ridge, Birmingham.
-DUI-controlled substance from the 8100 block of Shelby County 42, Shelby.
-Theft of property from an unknown location. $715 in cash was stolen through Cash App.
-Theft of property fourth degree from the 3300 block of Shelby County 93, Helena. A Stihl MS 250 valued at $400 was stolen.
-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 5000 block of Timber Hill Road, Indian Springs.
-Domestic violence-assault third degree from the 2600 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 200 block of Chesser Way, Chelsea. A Glock model 45 9-millimeter firearm was confiscated.
Nov. 22
-Miscellaneous incident from the 90 block of Night Circle, Columbiana.
-Receiving stolen property second degree, certain persons forbidden from the 200 block of Inverness Center Drive, Hoover. A Taurus G2c 9-millimeter firearm was recovered. Cocaine (approximately 1 gram weighed with tag), marijuana (4 grams), digital scale with residue and Hydrocodone pills (1.3 grams) were confiscated.
-Harassment from the 4600 block of Shelby County 18, Montevallo.
-Harassment from the 200 block of Meadowview Road, Maylene.
-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 5200 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby.
-Theft of property, criminal mischief from the 5400 block of U.S. 280 South, Birmingham at Edwards Chevrolet. A silver and black 2023 Chevrolet Corvette was stolen (damaged front air dam).
-Rotation cancellation from U.S. 280 and Meadow Brook Road, Birmingham.
-Fire investigation from Beatrice Lane, Montevallo. A mobile home was burned.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 2400 block of Inverness Cliffs Drive, Birmingham.
-Fraudulent use of a debit or credit card from the 100 block of Cameron Drive, Chelsea. A total of $2,607.75 in fraudulent charges was stolen.
-Identity theft from the 70 block of Wildwood Road, Shelby.
-Fire investigation from the 200 block of Shelby Forest Circle, Chelsea. A structure fire resulted in a total loss of property, and two vehicles were destroyed in a garage basement during the fire.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 3000 block of Chelsea Park Ridge.
