The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Nov. 9-15:
Nov. 9
-Possession of marijuana second degree from U.S. 280 and Alabama 119, Birmingham. Marijuana in two plastic bags was confiscated.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle, fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 3000 block of Chesapeake North, Birmingham. A black purse valued at $5, credit card, two debit cards, driver’s license, passport and insurance card were stolen.
-Assault second degree from the 60 block of AL Youth Drive, Westover.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 5600 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham. A concrete meter vault sustained $1,000 in damages.
-Incident from the 300 block of Shelby County 437, Sterrett.
-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Perkins Point, Columbiana.
-Incident from the 5400 block of Hickory Ridge Drive, Birmingham. A full brick mailbox sustained $2,500 in damages.
-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 80 block of Boone Lacy Lane, Maylene. Two marijuana pipes were confiscated.
-Violation of a domestic violence protection order, domestic violence third degree-harassment communications from the 200 block of McGowin Road, Wilsonville.
Nov. 10
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia from U.S. 280 West at Grandview Parkway, Birmingham. A white crystal substance (approximately 3.7 grams) and a glass pipe with residue were confiscated.
-Obstructing justice using false ID, unlawful possession of a controlled substance from U.S. 280 West and East Inverness Parkway, Birmingham. Four Alprazolam were confiscated.
-DUI-alcohol from the 4600 block of Shelby County 52, Helena.
-Civil dispute from the 700 block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham.
-Incident from the 800 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.
-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Katy Circle, Birmingham.
-Fire investigation from the 100 block of Shag Bark Drive, Harpersville. A residence was damaged by fire and smoke.
-Shoplifting from the 42800 block of Alabama 25, Vincent. Miscellaneous grocery items valued at $24.74 were stolen.
-Theft of property from the 1000 block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham. A silver 2021 Kia Soul was stolen.
-Identity theft, theft of property from the 200 block of Woodbury Drive, Sterrett. Cash in the amount of $800 was stolen.
-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 10 block of Bush Drive, Wilsonville.
-Theft of property fourth degree from the 1000 block of Shelby County 36, Chelsea. A black and white Shih Tzu female approximately 6 years old valued at $400 was stolen.
-Death investigation from the 500 block of Reach Drive, Birmingham.
-Incident from the 4600 block of Shelby County 71, Shelby.
Nov. 11
-Theft of property first degree from the 3700 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham. A 2018 Honda CRV was stolen.
-Domestic violence third degree-assault from the 2800 block of Alabama 25, Montevallo.
-Property damage from the 100 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. Metal fencing and metal fence post sustained $4,000 in damages.
-Fire investigation from the 1000 block of Shelby County 463, Vincent. A 2011 KZ Sportsman camper and various household items were damaged.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Shelby County 11 and Mt. Olive Road, Alabaster. Marijuana (approximately 3.4 grams) was recovered.
-Menacing from the 900 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.
-Incident from the 200 block of Clairmont Road, Sterrett.
-Minor in possession of alcohol from Chelsea Park Drive, Chelsea.
-Miscellaneous incident-abandoned vehicle from Chelsea Park Drive, Chelsea.
Nov. 12
-Criminal mischief from Chelsea Park Drive, Chelsea. A 2022 Chevy Tahoe sustained $1,500 in damages (windshield).
-Death investigation from the 1000 block of Parkwood Road, Birmingham.
-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Shelby County 57, Vincent. A 2005 Yamaha Bruin 4-wheeler was stolen.
-Promoting prison contraband second degree, unlawful possession of marijuana second degree from the 21000 block of Alabama 25, Columbiana. Marijuana (3.1 grams) was confiscated.
-Harassing communications from the 3100 block of Woodbridge Drive, Birmingham.
-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Hollybrook Road, Columbiana.
-Burglary from the 2500 block of Magnolia Place, Birmingham. A Strasbourg by Gorham solid silver silverware, service for 12 valued at $10,000 and a pair of silver Chanel earrings valued at $700 were stolen.
-Sexual abuse from Springfield Loop East, Birmingham.
-Incident from the 1500 block of Springfield Loop East, Birmingham.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance (two counts) from the 1200 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana. A clear plastic bag containing suspected meth (approximately 1.2 grams), Suboxone package containing one strip stuck to the wrapper (approximately .9 gram) and a glass meth pipe with meth residue were confiscated.
-Electronic stalking from the 200 block of Oakmont Circle, Birmingham.
-Property damage from the 2000 block of Springfield Drive, Chelsea. A 2023 Chevy Tahoe was damaged.
-Harassment from the 1800 block of Middle Street, Montevallo.
-Domestic violence third degree-criminal mischief from the 100 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo. Two mirrors to vehicle sustained $100 in damages, and a rear windshield wiper sustained $100 in damages on a 2002 Ford Expedition.
Nov. 13
-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 100 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo. A photograph of the victim’s injuries was recovered.
-Domestic investigation from the 500 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.
-Theft of property from the 400 block of Shelby County 270, Maylene. A ham radio tower 8” section valued at $200 and a 10-inch radio pole valued at $100 were stolen.
-Harassment from the 100 block of Chesser Reserve Drive, Chelsea.
-Criminal mischief third degree from the 100 block of Branchwater Way, Maylene. The back door of residence sustained $200 in damages..
-Harassing communications from the 7000 block of Shelby County 49, Chelsea.
-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 0-100 block of Helms Drive, Chelsea.
-Public intoxication from the 1300 block of Paradise Cove Lane, Shelby.
-Theft of property from the 4100 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea. A John Deere zero-turn mower and a Yard Max self-propelled mower were stolen.
Nov. 14
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 3 block of Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham. A 2018 Dodge Charger SRT sustained $1,000 in damages.
-Fire investigation from the 300 block of Homeland Way, Montevallo. A 2024 Peterbilt 389XD sustained $251,000 in damages, a 2007 Peterbilt 378 sustained $75,000 in damages, a 2022 Clem RKHL2828 was burned and a 2015 DIAM 8.5X536 was burned.
-Incident from Richey Court, Harpersville.
-Stalking second degree from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.
-Death investigation from the 1000 block of Briarcliff Trace, Birmingham.
-Tampering with physical evidence, resisting arrest from the 1200 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana. An unknown amount of marijuana was damaged/destroyed.
-Assault from the 42500 block of Alabama 25, Vincent.
-Harassing communications from the 500 block of Dogwood Circle, Birmingham.
-Death investigation from the 5100 block of Kirkwall Lane, Birmingham.
-Criminal mischief from the 1100 block of Lee Branch Lane, Birmingham. Two commercial-grade surveillance cameras sustained $1,600 in damages.
-Permitting dog to run at large from the 2000 block of Shelby County 56, Wilsonville.
-Receiving stolen property first degree, unlawful breaking and entering from the 3 block of Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham. A 2018 Dodge Charger SRT sustained $1,000 in damages.
-Conspiracy-receiving stolen property first degree, unlawful breaking and entering from the 3 block of Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham.
-Harassment from the 100 block of Thorn Berry Drive, Birmingham.
-Harassment from the 4100 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.
Nov. 15
-Domestic violence third degree-menacing, interference with domestic violence emergency call from the 100 block of Polo Downs, Chelsea.
-Lost property from the 2200 block of Harris Wright Drive, Birmingham. Assorted clothing, jewelry, car seat and furniture, Kindle Fire, Canon camera and assorted files were reported.
-Incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.
-Theft of property from the 3000 block of Shelby County 37, Columbiana. An EBT card was stolen.
-Information only from the Shelby County Courthouse, Courtroom 1A, 112 N. Main St., Columbiana.
-Assault second degree from the 2400 block of Alabama 25, Wilton.
-Assault from the 1700 block of Lee Branch Lane, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 900 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.
-Assault third degree from the 1600 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.
-Incident from the 100 block of Old Brook Place, Birmingham.
