The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from July 6-14:

July 6

-Harassment from the 200 block of Kings Home Drive, Chelsea.

July 7

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Valentine Trail, Wilsonville.

July 8

-DUI-any substance, attempting to elude from the 2500 block of Adams Mill Lane, Chelsea.

-Attempted suicide from Alabama 155, Montevallo.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 900 block of Shelby County 19, Montevallo. An iPhone XR valued at $400 was stolen.

-Incident from the 100 block of Horseback Trail, Shelby.

-Incident from the 200 block of Pin Oak Drive, Chelsea.

-Incident from the 2400 block of Forest Lanes, Chelsea.

-Assault from the 2400 block of Shelby County 69, Chelsea.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 100 block of Sports Highland Parkway, Chelsea. A vehicle window valued at $300 was damaged.

-Violation of protective abuse order, attempting to elude from the 2400 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 5000 block of Stonehaven Drive, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 2400 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

July 9

-Criminal mischief from the 500 block of Brook Highland Place, Birmingham. A 2008 Toyota Highlander was damaged.

-Criminal mischief from the 500 block of Brook Highland Place, Birmingham. A 2012 Audi A3 was damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Birmingham Street, Wilton.

-Criminal trespass from the 100 block of Barbara Jones Drive, Maylene.

-Incident from the 100 block of Shadow Oak Court, Vandiver. A bag containing glass meth pipe, clear baggies with residue, two syringes with residue and a rubber straw was confiscated.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 100 block of Market Lane, Shelby.

-Incident from the 15000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Waterloo Bend, Birmingham. A large box of THC vape liquid and a large box of Nerds Rope Candy infused with THC were recovered.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of South Hill Drive, Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous information from the 300 block of Davis Hawkins Street, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 200 block of Asberry Street, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence-harassment, criminal mischief from the 5300 block of Hunt Cliff Road, Birmingham. A 2019 Cadillac sustained $260 in damages.

-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham.

-Incident from the 0 block of Kings Ranch Drive, Wilsonville.

-Burglary third degree from the 14000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A lock assembly was damaged.

-Death investigation from the 3100 block of Sunrise Lane, Birmingham.

-Property damage from Brook Highland Drive at Brook Highland Parkway, Birmingham. A vehicle was damaged.

-Assault third degree from the 2100 block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 2900 block of Inverness Cliffs Drive, Birmingham.

July 10

-Incident from the 100 block of Ashworth Drive, Chelsea. A Dell Inspiron laptop, Rossi 38 special, Boyt gun case, “Avengers” DVD, paper target and approximately half a box of mixed ammunition were recovered.

-Incident from the 4000 block of Shelby County 10, Montevallo.

-Duty to give information and render aid from U.S. 280 at Shelby County 43, Chelsea. A 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe was damaged.

-Incident from Joiner Town Road and Joiner Drive, Columbiana.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Seale Road, Calera. A window and back door were damaged.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 4700 block of Shelby County 11, Pelham. A catalytic converter for a 2012 Ford F-150 was stolen.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 4700 block of Shelby County 11, Pelham. A catalytic converter for a 2008 Toyota Yaris was stolen.

-Harassing communications from the 1900 block of Corporate Drive, Birmingham.

-Duty upon striking unattended vehicle from the 600 block of Polo Circle, Chelsea. A 2001 Ford Ranger was damaged.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 2200 block of Shelby County 50, Vandiver. A vehicle was damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 8000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.

-Receiving stolen property from the 200 block of Meadow Lane, Harpersville. A 1999 Toyota 4Runner valued at $4,000 was stolen.

-Fire investigation from Rocky Ridge Road (Rocky Ridge Hunting Club), Columbiana. A 2019 Polaris General 1000 valued at $9,700 was damaged.

-Fire investigation from Rocky Ridge Road (Rocky Ridge Hunting Club), Columbiana. A building located on the hunting club property valued at $3,600 burned down.

-Financial exploitation of an elderly person, elderly abuse from the 2300 block of Dolly Ridge Road, Birmingham.

July 11

-DUI from Sundance Trail and Wagon Trail, Alabaster. A 2003 Dodge Dakota was confiscated.

-Fire investigation from the 100 block of Sand Ridge Road, Leeds. Walls and ceiling were damaged.

-Property damage from Old Highway 280 at Shelby County 51, Westover. A Stinger spike strip system was damaged.

-DUI-fleeing or attempting to elude from Old Highway 280 at Shelby County 39, Chelsea.

-Trespassing from the 100 block of Seale Road, Calera.

-Civil matter from the 500 block of Shelby County 406, Shelby.

-Domestic investigation from the 5200 block of U.S. 280 East (Raceway).

-DUI from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A Taurus handgun was confiscated.

-Miscellaneous information from the 400 block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea.

-Missing person from the 100 block of Belmont Way, Chelsea.

-Harassment from the 3000 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.

July 12

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree from Alabama 25 at Merrill Lokey, Wilsonville. A pill bottle with marijuana was recovered (1 gram).

-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Sharpe Street, Sterrett. A window and trim sustained $500 in damages.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia from the 1000 block of Shelby County 440, Chelsea. Glass pipes and meth (approximately 1.2 grams) were confiscated.

-DUI from the 4000 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 100 block of Inverness Landing Road, Birmingham. A 2000 GMC Sierra sustained $1,000 in damages and a 2017 Ford Focus sustained $7,500 in damages.

-Death investigation from the 70 block of Gould Road, Birmingham.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle, theft of property from the 800 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham. Alprazolam (60 count) valued at $13 and a baseball bat valued at $200 were stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 14000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Fantastic model fans and cover mechanism valued at $400 was damaged.

July 13

-Recovered vehicle from the 0 block of Perkins Pointe, Columbiana. A 2015 Chevy Tahoe was recovered.

-Harassment from the 300 block of Shelby County 406, Shelby.

-Property damage from Alabama 25 at the bridge north of Shelby County 7, Wilsonville. A window sustained $100 in damages.

-Property damage from the 5800 block of Shelby County 26, Columbiana. A 2016 Ford Explorer was damaged.

-Incident from the 0 block of Monte Verde Lane, Montevallo.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 0 block of Turtle Dove Lane, Maylene. An Android coolpad valued at $300 was stolen.

-Identity theft from the 3000 block of Chippenham Circle, Birmingham. $8,000 was stolen from a checking account.

-Theft of property from the 5300 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. An AAFIA T-Mobile antenna valued at $25,000 was stolen.

-Theft of property from the 5100 block of Old Mill Court, Indian Springs. A 2011 ULTO ULTI open trailer valued at $2,000 and four ladders valued at $600 were stolen.

-Harassing communications from the 900 block of Alabama 70, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 900 block of Shelby County 435, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence from the 300 block of Shelby County 406, Shelby.

-Theft of property from the 800 block of Dogwood Circle, Birmingham. Two tables, a bed frame, a chest of drawers, nightstand and chair (solid yellow river birchwood) valued at a combined $1,200 were stolen.

-Domestic investigation from the 3500 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.

July 14

-Attempting to elude from U.S. 280 and Highland Lakes Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief second degree from the 100 block of Wild Ivy Lane, Maylene. A 2003 BMW Z4 2.5I sustained $1,200 in damages.

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 100 block of Wild Ivy Lane, Maylene. A 2012 Honda Civic sustained $500 in damages.

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 100 block of Wild Ivy Lane, Maylene. A 2020 Kia Soul LX sustained $500 in damages.

-Miscellaneous information from the 300 block of Deer Ridge Lane, Chelsea.

-Incident from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Property damage from Shelby County 16 near Shelby County 12, Montevallo. Michelin tires were damaged.

-Incident from Chase Plantation Parkway and Ashford Circle, Hoover. A hat was recovered.
