The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from July 1-7:

July 1

-Criminal mischief from West Lane, Westover.

-Incident from Alabama 25 and Shelby County 41, Leeds.

-Incident from the 200 block of Hunter Hills Circle, Chelsea.

-Obstructing justice-false identity, drug paraphernalia from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. Needles and a debit card were confiscated.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. Heroin (0.2 grams), needles and a debit card were confiscated.

-Trespassing from Holcombe Lane, Columbiana.

-Domestic investigation from the 80 block of Chism Circle, Montevallo.

-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Seale Road, Calera.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A tag was stolen.

-Death investigation from the 2200 block of Shelby County 50, Vandiver. Morphine tablets (15 milligrams, in quantities of 54 and 24) were damaged or destroyed.

-Death investigation from Shelby County 253, Montevallo. Roxanol (26 count) and Ativan (1 milligram, 26 count) were damaged or destroyed.

-Theft of property from the 2800 block of Shelby County 93, Helena. Three Leo diamond rings valued at $4,000, $3,000 and $3,900 were stolen.

-Rape first degree, trespassing third degree from the 700 block of Shelby County 54, Montevallo.

-Robbery first degree, theft of property fourth degree from the 700 block of Shelby County 54, Montevallo. Money in the amount of $6 was stolen.

-Violation of a protection order from the 2700 block of Saddlecreek Trail, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment, domestic violence third degree-criminal mischief from the 1000 block of Fairbank Lane, Chelsea. A door and door frame were damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 400 block of Snow Drive, Alabaster.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from Maplecrest Drive, Westover.

-Animal bite from Maplecrest Drive, Westover.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Marina Road, Shelby. A Llama .380 handgun valued at $150 was stolen.

-Theft of property from the 2700 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham. A 2014 Nissan Frontier was stolen.

July 2

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Chism Circle, Montevallo. A 2003 Mazda 6 was damaged.

-Promoting prison contraband second degree from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. Crack cocaine (approximately 2 grams) was confiscated.

-Property damage-non-criminal from the 3000 block of Tall Timber Drive, Birmingham. Siding was damaged.

-Attempted theft of property from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. An Alabama license plate was reported.

-Dogs at large from the 100 block of Willow Ridge Drive, Indian Springs.

-Incident from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Three treadmills valued at $18,600, three recumbent bikes valued at $1,050, a spin bike valued at $2,500, two ellipticals valued at $1,000, two fans valued at $60 and a 12-foot glass store frontage with blinds were damaged.

-Property damage from U.S. 280 and Klein Road, Harpersville.

-Incident from the 8000 block of Shelby County 51, Westover.

-Civil dispute from the 2100 block of Mooney Road, Columbiana.

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 9000 block of Shelby County 42, Shelby. A glass window valued at $300, flat screen TV valued at $200, 1989 Chevrolet valued at $1,000, security camera cable valued at $75 and a garden were damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 900 block of Morning Sun Drive, Birmingham. A deadbolt lock was damaged.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Rose Road, Vincent. A Walther P22 handgun valued at $340 was stolen.

-Financial exploitation of the elderly from the 6000 block of Shelby County 10, Montevallo.

-Theft of property from the 17000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. A 2012 Chevy Equinox was stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 14000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 19000 block of Retreat Lane, Birmingham. Money in the amount of $5 was stolen.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 2200 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett.

-Stalking from the 1000 block of Evan Circle, Chelsea.

July 3

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 1300 block of Shelby County 99, Shelby.

-Assault from the 0 block of Dogwood Circle, Montevallo.

-Criminal mischief from Faith Baptist Church, Shelby County 17, Montevallo. A stained glass window pane was broken.

-DUI from Alabama 145 and Beeswax Park, Shelby.

-Public intoxication from the 5000 block of Kerry Downs Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 1100 block of Berwick Road, Birmingham. Assorted cosmetic jewelry was stolen.

-Property damage from the 4000 block of Heritage Oaks Circle, Birmingham. A house was damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 24000 block of Hilbun Way, Birmingham.

-Death investigation from the 3000 block of Chelsea Park Ridge, Chelsea.

-Theft of property from Shadow Oak Court, Vandiver.  A 1999 Toyota 4Runner valued at $4,000, CD player valued at $300, radio amp valued at $250, subwoofers valued at $150, flat screen TV valued at $200 and PlayStation 4 with games valued at $500 were stolen.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Dogwood Circle, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 4000 block of Somerset Ridge, Birmingham.

-Menacing from the 6000 block of Whitetail Cove, Birmingham. A Smith & Wesson .40 SD40 VE was confiscated.

July 4

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Strother Street, Wilton. A 2012 Kia Soul was damaged.

-Menacing from the 200 block of Christy Drive, Shelby.

-Minor in possession of alcohol from the 3100 block of Brook Highland Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Howard Hill Drive, Wilsonville.

-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Liberty Lane, Chelsea.

-Harassment from the 300 block of Shelby County 221, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 600 block of Highland Lakes Cove, Birmingham.

-Incident from the 500 block of Sheffield Way, Birmingham.

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 2000 block of Blue Springs Road, Wilsonville.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 4000 block of Park Crossings Drive, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence third degree-criminal mischief from the 2200 block of Springfield Loop West, Birmingham. A window valued at $250 was damaged.

July 5

-Criminal mischief second degree from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. An iPhone XR valued at $850 was damaged.

-Assault from the 4000 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Incident from the 1000 block of Narrows Point Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 700 block of Forrest Lakes Drive, Sterrett.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. Meth (2.92 grams) and a neon bag, meth pipe, foil and plastic bag were confiscated.

-DUI from Shelby County 47 at Shelby County 302, Shelby.

-Death investigation from the 2000 block of Narrows Point Cv., Birmingham. Lorazepam (0.5 milligrams, 31 count) and a bottle of morphine (100 milligrams/5 cc) were damaged or destroyed.

-Sodomy, sexual torture from the 60 block of Al-Youth, Westover.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 600 block of Chelsea Station Drive, Chelsea.

-Duty upon striking fixtures upon highway, property damage from the 500 block of Griffin Park Trace, Birmingham. A mailbox was damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 5000 block of Forrest Lakes Cove, Sterrett.

July 6

-Receiving stolen property, unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Logan Martin Dam, Alpine. A 1999 Toyota 4Runner valued at $4,000 was recovered; and meth (3 grams); a black combination box containing meth and other miscellaneous items, a Samsung smartphone, one additional smartphone and a ring in a small black box were confiscated.

-Attempted scam from the 2000 block of Narrows Point Cv., Birmingham.

-Death investigation from the 7000 block of Alabama 155, Montevallo.

-Death investigation from the 60 block of Whaley Drive, Montevallo.

-Probation revocation, unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 600 block of Talon Trace, Birmingham. Xanax (0.1 gram, two count), marijuana (0.1 gram) and a glass pipe were confiscated.

-Property damage from the 7500 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham. A brick wall was damaged.

-Incident from the 6400 block of Tatersall Boulevard, Birmingham. A Kimbro Micro .380 with magazine and seven rounds was confiscated.

-Miscellaneous information from the 200 block of Shelby County 416, Wilsonville.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 0 block of Brown Road, Helena. Suspected heroin (.5 gram) was confiscated.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 0 block of Brown Road, Helena. A glass pipe with residue was reported.

-Hindering prosecution from the 1300 block of Huntley Parkway, Pelham.

-Theft of property, burglary from the 1300 block of Dunnavant Valley Road, Birmingham. A utility trailer, six backpack sprayers, aerator, zero-turn mower, an unknown number of weed trimmers and multiple backpack blowers were stolen.

-Incident from the 200 block of Ashville Circle, Montevallo.

-Theft of property, burglary from the 1300 block of Dunnavant Valley Road, Birmingham. A box truck, three backpack blowers, two gas-powered weed trimmers, edger and a hedge trimmer were stolen.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 11000 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo. A Tiffany & Co. necklace valued at $350 was stolen.

-Criminal trespass from the 2000 block of Smokey Road, Alabaster.

-Domestic investigation from the 1400 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from Heatherwood Country Club, St. Annes Drive, Birmingham. Gravel rock valued at $100 was recovered.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia from the 90 block of Brown Road, Bessemer. Three syringes, a used syringe and a glass substance that appears to be meth (1 gram) was recovered.

July 7

-Harassing communications from the 1000 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Found property from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A bag and three bowling balls were recovered.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana from the 3000 block of Shelby County 20, Calera. Alprazolam (3.6 grams), suspected marijuana (0.5 grams), clear bottle with glass pipe attachment with residue and a purple bottle with valve were confiscated.

-Domestic incident from White Circle, Wilsonville.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana, attempting to elude from the 4900 block of Shelby County 22, Montevallo. Suspected marijuana (2.5 grams) was confiscated.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle, theft of property second degree from the 100 block of Valentine Circle, Wilsonville. An American Tactical Nomad 12-gauge shotgun was stolen and a Sundolphin kayak was recovered.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 30 block of Autry Drive, Chelsea.

-Control of dangerous dogs from the 200 block of Woodbridge Trail, Chelsea.

-Theft of property from the 3500 block of Chippenham Drive, Birmingham. Gift cards valued at $2,500 were stolen.

-Harassment from the 200 block of Narrows Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 4000 block of Bent River Lane, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Hawthorn Street, Birmingham.
