Holly Hadaway Campbell of Hoover passed away peacefully Tuesday, June 2.
She was born in Calera on Sept. 7, 1970, daughter of Carlene Robitzsch Hadaway and the late David Hurlan Hadaway. She is survived by her spouse, Michael David Campbell; two sons, Foster David Campbell and Ashton Michael Campbell; and daughter, Kinsey Anne Campbell. She is also survived by numerous in laws, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Holly attended Shelby Academy then went on to graduate from The University of Alabama in 1992 majoring in Communications and English. Holly was a member of Sigma Kappa Sorority while at Alabama and kept in touch with her sisters over the years. She worked in marketing and advertising for TV and Radio stations throughout the Birmingham market before launching her own successful media and marketing company – H.C. Media. Holly was also very active at Riverchase United Methodist Church with the Riverchase Day School. All three of her children attended the day school and she spent 10 years volunteering. Holly was on the school board and was in charge of their very successful TNT Consignment sale.
In 1992, Holly met her husband Michael David Campbell of Vestavia and soon after married. They began a family in 2002 and currently have 3 children in the Spain Park School system. Holly spent many years cheering for her 3 children at baseball games, football games, basketball games, gymnastic meets and dance events. She was a great mom and always made sure her children were well taken care of and loved.
Holly was such a sweet person and always had a smile on her face. She continually wanted to help children and animals in the Birmingham area. She impacted many lives and her memory will be cherished by those who knew her.
There will be a memorial service on Friday, July 10 from 3-5:30 p.m. at Southern Heritage Funeral Home on Cahaba Valley Road in Pelham.

This local charity was chosen by Hollys daughter and will help children & adults with health issues, education, violence prevention, grief and trauma response – animal assisted therapy.
