Anita Moore, age 78, of Columbiana, passed away Saturday, June 20.

The graveside service will be at 11 a.m., Tuesday, June 23 at Mt. Zion Cemetery with Rev. Delford Isbell officiating. Bolton Funeral Home is directing.

Mrs. Moore is preceded in death by her husband, James Manuel Moore; son, John Lee Moore and his wife, Lenice Champion Moore; brother, Ron Dorough; and parents, James Lee and Dorothy Dorough and Juanita Amberson and Howard Knight.

She is survived by long-time neighbor and caregiver, Novia Dorough; sons, James Moore and Mike Moore (Cindi); grandchildren, Caitlin Myers (McKenzie), Sam Moore, Johnathon Moore, and Nichole Moore; two great grandchildren; aunts, Mary Ann Moore and Mary Beth Dorough; and other family and friends.

The family wishes to thank Regency Retirement in Homewood and Shelby Ridge Rehab in Alabaster for their care for her.
