The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from May 29 through June 5:

May 27

-Domestic investigation from the 7900 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea.

May 28

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Nolen Street, Birmingham.

-Incident from Walker Nelson Road and Shelby County 47, Columbiana.

-Incident from the 5400 block of Hunt Cliff Road, Birmingham.

-Theft of property second degree from the 200 block of Heather Road, Columbiana. A Sauer and Son firearm valued at $2,000 was stolen.

-Theft of property third degree from the 600 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham. A 2011 MacBook Pro with case valued at $600 and a Google Pixel 3A cell phone valued at $300 were stolen.

May 29

-Missing person from the 300 block of Kings Ranch Lane, Chelsea.

-DUI-alcohol from the 9000 block of Chelsea Park Trail, Chelsea.

-Assault third degree from the 9000 block of Chelsea Park Trail at Chelsea Park Elementary School.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 3000 block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham. A 2011 Pelican Castaway valued at $450 was stolen, and a Master Lock Python valued at $22 was damaged.

-Criminal mischief from the 1300 block of Weatherby Cove, Birmingham. A 2017 Jeep Wrangler was damaged.

-Animal bite from the 1500 block of Southern Drive, Birmingham.

-Incident from the 3600 block of Grandview Parkway, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 4100 block of Park Crossings Drive, Chelsea.

-Property damage from U.S. 280 and Brook Highland Parkway, Birmingham. A 2019 Toyota Camry was damaged.

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Clear Springs Way, Shelby. A Terra Grappler G2 Nitto A/T tire valued at $500 was damaged.

-Public intoxication from Old Highway 280, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from Applewood Drive, Vandiver.

-Incident from the 0 block of Chelsea Pointe Drive, Chelsea. A menu screen was damaged.

-Public intoxication, unlawful possession of marijuana from the 5300 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. Marijuana was recovered.

May 30

-Theft of property from the 0 block of Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham. A Verizon LG phone valued at $200 was stolen.

-Property damage from Shelby Shores on Lay Lake, Shelby. A 2006 Gambler bass boat valued at $7,000 and 10 fishing rod and reel combos valued at a combined $3,000 were damaged.

-Shooting into an occupied dwelling from the 5000 block of Alabama 25, Montevallo.

-Runaway juvenile from the 500 block of Kennebrew Drive, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 1500 block of Bent River Circle, Birmingham.

-Theft of property first degree from the 200 block of Highgate Hill Road, Indian Springs. A check in the sum of $5,480 was stolen.

May 31

-Domestic investigation from the 500 block of Shelby County 406, Shelby.

-Assault from Old Highway 280 at Shelby County 39.

-Domestic investigation from the 2600 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance in the area of Shelby County 61 at Hebb Road, Wilsonville. A bag with approximately 3 grams of suspected crystal meth was recovered.

-Fire investigation from the 500 block of Matterhorn Road, Wilsonville. A 500-gallon sprayer, chicken litter spreader, gooseneck bed and drill were damaged.

-Incident from the 7900 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea.

-Missing person from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

-Domestic violence third degree from the 200 block of Clear Springs Way, Shelby.

-Domestic investigation/incident from the 200 block of Randolph Road, Montevallo.

-Assault third degree from the 5000 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

-Harassment from an unspecified location.

-Incident from Heardmont Park, Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham. $86.26, a wallet and various cards were recovered.

-Domestic investigation from the 1000 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 300 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham. A 2016 Lexus GX460 was damaged.

-Possession of marijuana second degree, minor in possession or consumption of alcohol from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Marijuana (1 gram) was confiscated.

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Agency assist from Quarles Street and Selma Road, Montevallo.

June 1

-Forgery from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Property damage from the 1800 block of Shelby County 30, Columbiana. A rear windshield valued at $400 was damaged.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Jade Lane, Shelby.

-Incident from the 0 block of Inverness Center Place, Birmingham.

-Incident from the 5000 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

-Burglary third degree from the 100 block of Doug Baker Boulevard, Birmingham.

-Burglary, theft of property from the 3000 block of Shelby County 13, Helena. A Marlin 30/30 valued at $400 and two boxes of 30/30 ammunition valued at $40 were recovered.

-Domestic violence harassment from the 100 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 3000 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham.

-Assault third degree from the 100 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 4600 block of U.S. 280 Suite 9, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 1300 block of Barristers Court, Birmingham.

-Incident from the 300 block of St. Anthony’s Crossing, Leeds.

-Domestic violence investigation from Peekaboo Lane, Columbiana.

June 2

-Burglary third degree from the 100 block of Birmingham Street, Montevallo. Two TVs, a Coach purse with prescription Xanax and Adderall and various identity documents were stolen.

-Incident from Heardmont Park, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham. $25,000 in cash was stolen.

-Domestic investigation, person found from the 400 block of Dusty Hollow Road, Columbiana.

-Violation of a domestic violence PFA from the 100 block of Misty Water Drive, Chelsea.

-Torture, willful abuse of a child under 18 years of age from the 2800 block of Shelby County 10, Montevallo.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 100 block of Pintaro Drive, Montevallo. An iPad valued at $200 and a purse with contents valued at $100 were stolen; a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee was damaged.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 7900 block of Shelby County 51, Westover. A Stylo 5 cell phone valued at $200 was stolen.

-Incident from the 5000 block of Willowbrook Circle, Birmingham.

June 3

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 8300 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby. A Snapper lawnmower valued at $250 was stolen.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 2800 block near Camp Creek Road, Cropwell, Alabama. Four fishing poles valued at $150, a tackle box valued at $400 and a DC water pump valued at $90 were stolen.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 2800 block near Camp Creek Road, Cropwell, Alabama. Eight tackle boxes with fishing lures valued at $500, four fishing poles valued at $150 and an Ascend kayak valued at $500 were stolen.

-Identity theft from the 400 block of Foothills Parkway, Chelsea.

-Identity theft, theft of property from the 4000 block of Riverwood Place, Birmingham. $1,100 in cash was stolen.

-Reckless endangerment from the Chick-fil-A parking lot in the 5300 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree, drug paraphernalia from the 2400 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham. Suspected marijuana, two bags containing a white crystal-like residue and two glass pipes were confiscated.

-Identity theft from the 4000 block of Cross Grove Circle, Birmingham. $13,484.96 was stolen from the victim’s account.

June 4

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 0 block of Beaver Creek Cemetery Road, Shelby. A syringe loaded with 30 cc’s of liquid meth (3 grams) was confiscated.

-Incident from the 2600 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo.

-Harassing communications from the 900 block of Talon Way, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 3700 block of Wyngate Trace, Birmingham.

-Death investigation from the 200 block of Narrows Drive, Birmingham. Haloperidol (1 milligram, 14 count), Lorazepam (.5 milligram, 7 count) and Morphine (20 milligrams) were damaged or destroyed.

-Receiving stolen property, possession of a forged instrument from the 300 block of Shelby Forest Drive, Chelsea.

-Theft of property from the 4400 block of Shelby County 71, Shelby.

-Missing person from the 100 block of Glenn Road, Wilsonville.

-Identity theft from the 4900 block of Windwood Circle, Birmingham.

-Suicide attempt from Indian Crest Drive, Indian Springs.
