The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from May 20-29:
May 20
-Incident from Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea.
-Identity theft from Whaley Drive, Montevallo. A total of $57,910 was stolen via wire transfer.
-Burglary, theft of property from the 100 block of August Road, Columbiana. $9,000 in $100 dollar bills were stolen.
May 21
-Identity theft from the 5200 block of Logan Drive, Birmingham.
-Death investigation from the 2400 block of Mahaska Drive, Birmingham.
-Fraudulent use of debit card from the 2200 block of Hearthwood Circle, Birmingham. $910 was stolen using a Regions debit card.
-Property damage from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A 2006 Mazda MX-5 sustained $500 in damages.
-DUI-alcohol from the 4000 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham.
-Public intoxication from the 4000 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham.
May 22
-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 200 block of Chesser Reserve Drive, Chelsea.
-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from U.S. 280, Chelsea. A Diamondback 9-millimeter/clip with ammunition was confiscated.
-Elder abuse and neglect from the 900 block of Glaze Road, Vincent.
-Harassing communications from the 100 block of North Main Street, Columbiana.
-Identity theft from Shelby County 480, Vandiver.
-Domestic investigation from Shelby County 28, Columbiana.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, marijuana second degree from Shelby County 251, Montevallo. Suspected cocaine (1.1 grams), suspected marijuana (3.5 grams) and a glass pipe with residue, grinder and straw were recovered.
-Incident from Shelby County 28, Columbiana. An anonymous letter was recovered.
-Vehicle versus deer from U.S. 280 near Meadowbrook Road, Birmingham. A 2017 Honda Ridgeline was damaged.
-Possession of marijuana from U.S. 280, Chelsea. Marijuana (.6 gram) was recovered.
-Public intoxication from the 1300 block of Turtle Lake Drive at The Pavilion, Birmingham.
-Possession of marijuana from the 1300 block of Turtle Lake Drive at The Pavilion, Birmingham. Marijuana was recovered.
-Criminal trespass from the 6000 block of Shelby County 10, Montevallo.
-Harassing communications from Tomlyn Road, Montevallo.
-Identity theft from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.
May 23
-Domestic violence from the 2400 block of Alabama 25, Wilton.
-Domestic violence-assault from Wages Drive, Wilsonville. A razor blade was confiscated.
-Domestic investigation from Comanche Drive, Birmingham.
-Fire investigation from the 100 block of McDaniel Drive, Wilsonville.
-Harassment from behind the 9000 Building of Kenley Way, Birmingham.
-Theft of property fourth degree from the 400 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.
-Theft of property fourth degree from the 1100 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham. A Samsung TV valued at $180 was stolen.
-Domestic violence investigation from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.
-Incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.
-Domestic investigation from the 1400 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana.
-Civil dispute from the 1000 block of Deer Run Road, Alabaster.
May 24
-Domestic violence third degree-harassment, criminal mischief third degree from the 70 block of Lawley Drive, Maylene.
-Domestic violence-criminal mischief from the 12000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. Sheetrock walls were damaged.
-Domestic violence third degree-harassment, unlawful possession of marijuana from Hunt Cliff Road, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence third degree from the 400 block of Heatherwood Drive, Hoover.
-Theft of property from Meadow Drive, Birmingham. A Keltec rifle valued at $375 and a Glock 9-millimeter firearm valued at $650 were stolen.
-Unauthorized use of credit card, theft of property fourth degree from Bear Creek Road, Sterrett. $100.06 was stolen using a First Premier Bank credit card.
-Burglary, theft of property from the 14000 block of Retreat Lane, Birmingham. An electric balance wheel (hover board) valued at $100 and approximately $10,000 in cash of various denominations were stolen.
-Burglary, theft of property from the 14000 block of Retreat Lane, Birmingham. A ring and Cuban chain necklace valued at $7,500, Xbox One valued at $250 and an unknown amount of clothes were stolen.
-Death investigation from the 100 block of First Avenue, Shelby.
-Domestic investigation from the 6000 block of Shelby County 10, Montevallo.
-Harassment from the 9000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.
-DUI from U.S. 280 East at Boardman Drive.
-Incident from Wingfield Court, Birmingham.
-Incident from the 1000 block of Eagle Lake Circle, Birmingham.
-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Lenox Drive, Birmingham.
-Incident-property damage from the 15000 block of Shelby County 43, Vandiver. A 2017 Chevy Tahoe was damaged.
-Promoting prison contraband second degree, unlawful possession of marijuana second degree from Exit 231 of I-65 South. A green leafy substance was confiscated.
-Criminal mischief, harassing communications from the 500 block of Hickory Hill Lane, Shelby. Tires valued at $300 were damaged.
-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Birmingham Street, Wilton.
-Harassment from Chism Circle, Montevallo.
-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Beach Loop Road, Shelby.
May 25
-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 21000 block of Shelby County 55, Vandiver.
-Theft of property from the 46000 block of Alabama 25, Vincent. An Xmark stand behind lawnmower valued at $8,000, Xmark push lawnmower valued at $1,400, Shindaiwa blower valued at $300, Shindaiwa weed trimmer valued at $325, Shindaiwa edger valued at $325 and a landscape trailer valued at $1,000 were stolen.
-Discharging firearm or other weapon from the 100 block of Greenwood Drive, Wilsonville.
-Burglary, criminal mischief from the 30 block of Cherokee Drive, Wilsonville. Power lines sustained $300 in damages.
-Domestic investigation from the 11000 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo.
-Property damage from Christa Circle, Shelby. A door and frame were damaged.
-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Clear Springs Way, Shelby. A tire was damaged.
-Incident from the 100 block of Stonegate Drive, Birmingham.
-Criminal trespassing from the 400 block of Shelby County 474, Leeds.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana first degree from the 400 block of Skyview Drive, Montevallo.
-Burglary, theft fourth degree from the 1600 block of Shelby County 36, Chelsea. Two extension cords valued at $50, a shovel valued at $35 and a floor scraper valued at $40 were stolen.
-Domestic violence investigation from the 4100 block of Park Crossings Drive, Chelsea.
-Juvenile runaway from the 1500 block of Shelby Forest Lane, Chelsea.
May 26
-Agency assist from the intersection of Quarles Street and Alabama 119, Montevallo.
-Juvenile runaway from Ruby Drive, Columbiana.
-Juvenile runaway from the 100 block of Shelia Point, Shelby.
-Unlawful breaking and entering motor vehicle from Shelby County 251 at The Slab, Montevallo. A fishing pole valued at $200, fishing pole valued at $300 and tackle box with miscellaneous tackle valued at $400 were stolen.
-Property damage from Brook Highland Ridge, Birmingham.
-Incident from Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.
-Property damage from the 11000 block of Shelby County 61, Wilsonville. Grass and a fence post were damaged.
-Criminal trespass from the 200 block of McGowin Road, Wilsonville.
-Incident from the 90 block of Shelby County 335, Chelsea.

May 27
-Death investigation from the 400 block of Heatherwood Drive, Birmingham.
-Leaving scene of accident, miscellaneous incident from the 5000 block of Shelby County 331, Chelsea. Chain link fencing valued at $3,000 was damaged.
-Civil dispute from Shelby County 89, Calera.
-Harassment from Sharpe Street, Sterrett.
-Information from Cahaba Manor Lane, Pelham.
-Incident from the 5000 block of Mountain View Parkway, Birmingham. A door was damaged.
-Domestic investigation from Shelby County 453, Sterrett.
-Criminal trespass third degree from the 12000 block of Shelby County 43, Vandiver.
-Theft of property fourth degree from the 400 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham. An RCA flat screen TV valued at $350 was stolen.
May 28
-Domestic violence-strangulation from Shelby County 30, Columbiana.
-Miscellaneous information from the intersection of Old Highway 280 East and Shelby County 11.
-Identity theft from an unknown location.
-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 200 block of Chesser Reserve Drive, Chelsea.
-Theft of property, criminal mischief from the 100 block of Racking Lane, Columbiana. A golf cart valued at $500, Cub Cadet tiller valued at $250, Whirlpool washer and dryer set valued at $350, miscellaneous tools valued at $100 and GE refrigerator valued at $100 were stolen; an antique rolltop desk valued at $200 was damaged.
-Possession of a forged instrument from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. Three Synovus Bank checks were recovered.
-Burglary third degree, criminal mischief third degree from the 100 block of Mount Laurel Avenue, Birmingham. Two windows valued at $200 were damaged.
-Domestic violence-harassment from Shelby County 30, Columbiana.
-Suicide attempt from Shelby County 30, Wilsonville.
-Domestic investigation from Park Crossings Drive, Chelsea.
