Floyd Carson Cox, age 54, of Montevallo, passed away on Thursday, June 4.

The visitation will be Monday, June 8 from 1-2 p.m. at Bolton Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Bro. Ray Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Columbiana City Cemetery. Bolton Funeral Home is directing.

Mr. Cox is survived by his four children, Aaron Parker, Harley Cox (Katie), Clinton Cox (Erin), and Victoria Abbott (Justin); six grandchildren; four sisters, Matilda Benton (Ray), Cynthia Jo Brock (Timothy), Mary Alice Cox, and Delene Berry (Joe); and brother, Samuel Cox (Sherry).
