May 5

-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of Turnberry Road, Hoover.

May 6

-Criminal trespass from the 100 block of Misty Water Drive, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence from the 200 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 9000 block of U.S. 280, Westover. A front windshield and roof were damaged.

May 7

-Assault third degree from the 300 block of Hughes Road, Columbiana.

-Domestic investigation from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 500 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo.

-Cruelty to animals, child in need of supervision from Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property fourth degree from an unknown location. An Alabama vehicle tag was stolen.

-Suicide attempt from Cambrian Way, Birmingham.

May 8

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 12000 block of Shelby County 43, Vandiver.

-Theft of property from Snow Drive, Alabaster. A 2006 Honda Pilot valued at $7,000 was stolen; a green backpack with assorted medical supplies and a Glock handgun magazine, tool bag with assorted tools, Craftsman cordless drill, stick of Old Spice deodorant and an Alabama toboggan were recovered.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Missing person from Kings Home Drive, Chelsea.

-Death investigation from the 1300 block of Shelby Forest Court, Chelsea.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Highland Ridge Drive, Chelsea.

-Possession of marijuana first degree, drug paraphernalia from Shelby County 42, Shelby. Three individually packaged baggies packaged for sale (4 grams), a used syringe and a digital scale were recovered.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana from the 9100 block of Shelby County 42, Shelby. Xanax (0.01 gram) and a baggie containing marijuana (0.03 grams) were confiscated.

-Domestic investigation from the 1900 block of Shelby County 56, Wilsonville.

-Property damage from the 9000 block of U.S. 280, Westover. A department-issued push-to-talk cell phone was damaged.

-Menacing from the 500 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from English Village Lane, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 200 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. Suspected synthetic marijuana (.7 gram) was confiscated.

-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Ashland Drive, Birmingham.

May 9

-Domestic violence third degree-menacing from the 3300 block of Shelby County 28, Columbiana.

-Harassment from Wingfield Court, Birmingham.

-Missing adult from the 4400 block of Shelby County 71, Shelby.

-Civil dispute from the 300 block of Moss Rock Trail, Sterrett.

-Property damage report from Cahaba Valley Road and Cahaba Valley Cove, Birmingham. A front left fender was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Shelby County 471, Chelsea.

-Harassment from the 900 block of Shelby County 54, Montevallo.

-Vehicle versus deer from Alabama 119 at Keith Drive, Birmingham. A 2002 BMW 325 CI was damaged.

-Vehicle versus deer-miscellaneous incident from Shelby County 41 at Bragg Drive, Dunnavant. A windshield was damaged.

-Civil dispute from Wingfield Court, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree, drug paraphernalia from the 700 block of Shelby County 251, Montevallo. A burnt marijuana cigarette and multi-colored glass pipe with marijuana residue were recovered.

-Possession of marijuana second degree, minor in possession of alcohol from Shelby County 400, Shelby. Suspected marijuana (1.5 grams) was confiscated.

May 10

-Domestic violence third degree-assault from the 1600 block of Wilderness Trail, Shelby.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 100 block of Kate Farm Road, Wilsonville.

-Theft of property from the 2700 block of Drennen Circle, Birmingham. Money in the amount of $20,000 was stolen.

-Electronic solicitation of a child from the 100 block of Cripple Creek Lane, Sterrett. A Motorola smartphone was confiscated.

-Death investigation from the 4000 block of Park Crossings Drive, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Turtle Point, Shelby.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 1600 block of Wilderness Trail, Shelby.

-Fire investigation from the 100 block of Elyton Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from Petal Fall Drive, Birmingham.

-Public intoxication from Shelby County 11 at Shelby County 36, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 2300 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 4100 block of Park Crossings Drive, Chelsea.

-Burglary, criminal mischief from the 100 block of Deer Mountain Circle, Indian Springs. A used cigarette with possible DNA and a license plate were confiscated.

May 11

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Attempting to elude from the 300 block of Vick Drive, Wilsonville.

-Domestic violence-harassing communications from the 500 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 500 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham. Two airbags were deployed.

-Harassment, theft of property fourth degree from the 500 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham. A PS4 Pro and a Vizio TV were stolen.

-Burglary, criminal mischief from the 400 block of Shelby County 24, Montevallo. A Vizio TV and an unknown amount of power tools were stolen.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 100 block of Lawley Drive, Maylene.

-Incident from Angler’s Lane, Shelby.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 18100 block of Shelby County 55, Sterrett. Buprenorphine and Naloxone sublingual film was confiscated.

-Harassing communications from Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 5400 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham. Twenty-two bags of baseball field chalk valued at $704 and 10 bags of baseball field dirt valued at $450 were damaged.

-Reckless endangerment from the 400 block of Depot Street, Montevallo.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia from the 5100 block of U.S. 31, Calera. A small plastic bag containing a crystal-like substance (1.78 gram) and a syringe were confiscated.

-Obscuring identity of vehicle from the 5100 block of U.S. 31, Calera. A CD containing a photograph of obscured VIN number was reported.

May 12

-Burglary from the 9700 block of Shelby County 55, Westover.

-Possession of a forged instrument second degree, theft of property third degree from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. An economic impact payment check valued at $1,200 was stolen.

-Burglary, theft of property fourth degree from the 300 block of Strawberry Road, Shelby. An electric weed trimmer valued at $300 was stolen.

-Receiving stolen property third degree from Alabama 25 at Mallory Road, Wilsonville. A utility trailer was recovered.

-Theft of property fourth degree from Shelby County 251 at The Slab, Montevallo. A Shelby County park sign was stolen.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 11000 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo. A small plastic bag containing a white powder-like substance (.54 gram) was confiscated.

-Overdose/Narcan use from the 11000 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo.

-Identity theft from the 400 block of Lake Chelsea Way, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous information from the 6900 block of Shelby County 55, Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Chism Circle, Montevallo.

-Incident from the 6000 block of Shelby County 28, Columbiana.

May 13

-Assault from the 600 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft first degree from the 8000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. $3,000 in Money Pack prepaid cards was stolen.

-Juvenile runaway from the 60 block of AL Youth Drive, Westover.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Woodbury Drive, Sterrett. A kid’s playground set valued at $1,800 was stolen.

-Civil dispute from Winding Star Trail, Leeds.

-Harassment from the 700 block of Shelby Forest Trail, Chelsea.

-Duty upon striking unattended vehicle from the 4000 block of Park Crossing Drive, Chelsea. A 2015 Nissan Altima sustained $1,700 in damages.

-Miscellaneous information from Vick Drive, Wilsonville.

-Domestic investigation from Shelby County 337, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from Alabama 25 and Shelby County 5. Three electronic cigarettes were confiscated.

-Incident from the 200 block of Lewis Road, Columbiana.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana second degree from Shelby County 99 at Alabama 145, Shelby. Nine Lortabs, a glass jar containing marijuana (approximately 12 grams) and a glass pipe were recovered.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia from Alabama 25 and Klein Road. A clear plastic baggy with a white powder-like substance was confiscated.

-Harassment from Kings Ranch Drive, Chelsea.

-Disorderly conduct, resisting arrest from the 2000 block of Shelby County 109, Chelsea.

-Harassment from the 4800 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from Alabama 119, Montevallo.

May 14

-Incident from the 12000 block of Shelby County 43, Vandiver. An Alabama driver’s license was recovered.

-Harassment from the 900 block of Shelby County 54, Montevallo.

-Distributing a private image, domestic violence-harassing communications from Chesser Loop Road, Chelsea.

-Burglary third degree, unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Newsome Road, Wilsonville. Crystal meth (approximately .4 gram) and a 2003 Ford Windstar were confiscated.

-Burglary, theft of property from the 9000 block of Shelby County 55, Sterrett. $600 in collectible money and coins was stolen.

-Burglary, theft of property from the 10900 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea. Four GNB Marathon batteries valued at $2,000 were stolen.

-Death investigation from the 2200 block of Shelby County 50, Vandiver.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia from Phillips Road at Shelby County 251, Montevallo. A small plastic baggy containing a clear crystalline substance (approximately 6 grams), a cut straw with residue and a syringe were confiscated.

-Domestic investigation from the 3000 block of Shadow Oaks Way, Wilsonville.

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 100 block of Wildwood Chapel Road, Columbiana. $820.48 was stolen via four EBT Alabama debit card transactions.

-Harassment from Tiger Lily Lane, Montevallo.

-Incident from Horseback Trail, Shelby.

-Theft of property fourth degree from an unknown location. An Alabama vehicle tag was stolen.

-Harassment from the 1500 block of Sweet Apple Court, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence investigation from Kenley Way, Birmingham.

-Duties of driver involved in motor vehicle accident from Cahaba Valley Road at Bishop Lane, Birmingham. A 2008 Ford F150 was damaged.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 200 block of Simpson Drive, Chelsea.
