NORTH SHELBY – The Westminster School at Oak Mountain will honor the 32 members of the graduating class of 2020 at an outdoor commencement ceremony on the Upper School soccer field at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 16, at 10 a.m.

The Board of Directors and administration have worked closely to ensure that all social distancing requirements are followed throughout the entirety of the graduation program.

“Given the size of our senior class, we are confident that we will be able to honor all our graduates and their families while operating within all federal, state and local guidelines,” Head of School Brad Baggett said.

The Westminster Class of 2020 Planning Committee requests that all guests who wish to attend notify the school no later than Thursday, May 14, in order to ensure adequate distancing between households and individual attendees at the ceremony.

The Westminster School at Oak Mountain was founded in 1999 as a ministry of Oak Mountain Presbyterian Church and is a classical Christian school with 574 students in kindergarten through 12th grade.
