April 16

-Receiving stolen property fourth degree from the 1200 block of Shelby County 62, Vincent. A Husky toolbox valued at $45 was recovered.

April 17

-Criminal trespass from the 2000 block of Shelby County 62, Vincent.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 200 block of Shelby County 315, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence assault from the 100 block of Davis Road, Wilsonville.

-Domestic violence third degree from the 1000 block of Columbia Circle, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 500 building of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 7900 block of Shelby County 51, Westover. A Smith & Wesson M&P 9-millimeter valued at $415 was stolen.

-Fraudulent use of a debit card from Selkirk Circle, Birmingham. $925 was stolen from a debit card.

-Incident from the 200 block of Kings Home Drive, Chelsea.

-Death investigation from the 40 block of Hillside Drive, Wilsonville.

-Domestic investigation from the 2500 block of Shelby County 28, Columbiana.

-Domestic investigation from River Tree Circle, Harpersville.

-Theft of property fourth degree from Shelby County 101, Sterrett. A property marker was stolen.

-DUI-alcohol from U.S. 280 at Brook Highland Parkway, Birmingham.

April 25

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 2000 block of Mahaska Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 100 block of Keller Lane, Vincent.

-Assault second degree from the 100 block of Barbara Jones Drive, Alabaster.

-Distributing a private image, harassing communications from the 1200 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Death investigation from Raceway 5349, U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Death investigation from the 2500 block of Mimosa Road, Leeds.

-Incident from the 100 block of Jade Lane, Shelby.

-Domestic investigation from Lovette Lane, Columbiana.

April 26

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 4000 block of Chesapeake Cove, Birmingham. $300 was stolen from the victim’s bank account.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 4000 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. Groceries valued at $120 were stolen.

-Burglary, fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 12000 block of Shelby County 43, Vandiver. A debit card, various DVDs and various charges on debit card were stolen.

-Incident from Davis Hawkins Street and Chism Circle, Montevallo.

-Domestic investigation from Bethlehem Church Road, Shelby.

-Domestic investigation from the 400 block of Reynolds Cemetery Road, Montevallo.

-Miscellaneous information from Shelby County 47 near Shelby County 311, Shelby. A Springfield Arms XPS 9-millimeter was recovered.

-Fire investigation from the 300 block of Hillsdale Drive, Columbiana.

-Property damage from the 5000 block of Birdsong Road, Birmingham. A 2015 Chevy Tahoe patrol unit was damaged.

-Property located at Eagle Point Parkway and U.S. 280, Birmingham. A Heritage Rough Rider .22-caliber revolver was recovered.

-Domestic investigation from the 3300 block of Shelby County 77, Columbiana.

-Theft of property from the 2400 block of Shelby County 50, Vandiver. A Red Bull valued at $4.19 was stolen.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Stoneridge Lane, Vandiver.

-DUI (under 21) from Shelby County 10 and Alabama 119, Montevallo. A 2012 Nissan Sentra was confiscated.

-Property damage from the 1100 block of Shelby County 48, Wilsonville. Utility fence poles valued at $60 and a 4-foot roll of cattle fence valued at $90 were damaged.

-Minor in possession or consumption of alcohol from the 12000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Lenox Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of lost property from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. An iPhone valued at $700 was stolen.

April 27

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 17000 block of Shelby County 61, Wilsonville. A 2005 Toyota Avalon sustained $400 in damages.

-Criminal trespass from Oak Branch Lane, Chelsea.

-Extortion from the 2000 block of Grove Park Way, Birmingham.

-Menacing from the 100 block of Lodge Drive, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence from the 30 block of Morris Estates Drive, Wilsonville.

-Domestic violence harassment from the intersection of Shelby County 480 and Alabama 25, Vandiver.

-Forgery, theft of property from Shelby County 87, Calera. A copy of a forged check for $2,390.73 was confiscated.

-Theft of property first degree from the 5100 block of Wellstone Circle, Birmingham. A 2006 Honda Civic was stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle, theft of property from the 5000 block of Skylark Drive, Birmingham. A Smith & Wesson .40-caliber pistol, wallet with contents and prescription Adderall were stolen.

-Burglary from the 250 block of Chesser Park Drive, Chelsea. A 1.5-carat diamond ring valued at $11,000 was stolen.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia from the 51000 block of Alabama 25, Sterrett. Meth (1 gram), marijuana (3.9 grams), a metal pipe and a clear straw were confiscated.

-DUI-controlled substance, stopped on highway from U.S. 280 and Hugh Daniel Drive.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 200 block of Shelby County 402, Shelby. A Department of Veterans Affairs check for $33.84 was stolen.

-Incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Miscellaneous information from the 6900 block of Shelby County 55, Wilsonville.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 400 block of Reynolds Cemetery Road, Montevallo.

April 28

-Possession of marijuana second degree from the 12000 block of Shelby County 47, Chelsea. Marijuana (2 grams) and a vape cartridge containing cannabis were confiscated.

-Domestic investigation from the 12000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Shelby County 259, Montevallo.

-Duty to give information and render aid from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A 2012 Nissan Altima was damaged.

-Incident from an unknown location.

-Miscellaneous information from the 200 block of South River Drive, Shelby.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 300 block of Brasher Road, Chelsea.

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 5000 block of Applecross Road, Birmingham. Cooper Adventure tires valued at $500 were damaged.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 5300 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A glass pipe with white residue and burn marks, broken Raven Arms MP-25 and a Taurus G2S were confiscated.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 200 block of Mulberry Street, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 200 block of Windchase Drive, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 200 block of Mulberry Street, Montevallo.

-Domestic investigation from the 50 block of Hunters Lane, Vandiver.

-Public intoxication from the 1600 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Incident from the 2900 block of Selkirk Circle, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 5300 block of South Broken Bow Drive, Birmingham.

April 29

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Woodbury Drive, Sterrett. $560.82 was stolen from a checking account.

-Theft of property from the 4200 block of Seven Barks Road, Birmingham. A 1992 Ford F-150 was stolen.

-Possession of a forged instrument from an unknown location. A check was made out for $250.

-SORNA violation from the 1500 block of First Street North, Alabaster.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana from Creswell Road at the intersection of River Road, Harpersville. A backpack, fixed blade knife, zipper bag, small bag containing a white crystal substance, small bag containing a green leafy substance and a Verizon ZTE flip phone were confiscated.

-DUI-any substance, unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. An Alprazolam pill (1 milligram) was recovered.

-Reckless endangerment from Grant Street and Church Street, Montevallo.

-Harassing communications from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Violation of protection from abuse order from Shelby County 47, Shelby.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia from Alabama 25 at Mallory Road, Wilsonville. A glass pipe with residue and a bag with a white crystal-like substance were recovered.

-Incident from Alabama 25, Montevallo.

-Missing person from the 700 block of Moss Rock Trail, Sterrett.

-Domestic investigation from the 9400 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 300 block of Triple B Drive, Montevallo. A buck valued at $15,000 was damaged.

April 30

-Identity theft from the 1400 block of Highland Lakes Trail, Birmingham.

-Theft of property, criminal mischief from Sparks Motors, 844 U.S. 31, Alabaster. Five catalytic converters totaling $4,000 were stolen, and vehicles involved sustained $7,500 in damages.

-Incident from the 1000 block of Eagle Mountain Lane, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 1000 block of Shelby Forest Place, Chelsea.

-Theft of property fourth degree from 218 Second Avenue Southwest, Alabaster (America’s Thrift Store). Two car seats valued at $150, tablet valued at $80, shoes valued at $50, baby swing valued at $50 and various clothing items valued at $100 were stolen.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana from the 16000 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea. Trazodone tablets (179 count, 50 milligrams), glass pipe, spoon with residue, syringe, plastic baggies with a white powder residue and a glass jar containing marijuana (56 grams) were recovered.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 2200 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 1000 block of Hampton Place, Birmingham.

-Incident from the 900 block of Shelby County 202, Calera.

May 1

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia from Alabama 155 and Shelby County 18, Montevallo. Suspected meth (3.5 grams) and a homemade glass pipe with residue were recovered.
