HOOVER – Capstone Building Corp., a premium general contractor, announced its corporate headquarters relocation to the Meadowbrook Office Complex located off U.S. 280.

After 23 years in Homewood, the new corporate headquarters will be located at 1200 Corporate Drive, Suite 350 in Hoover.

“We are excited for the new move. We have designed the space specifically to our needs with larger individual offices and necessary technological upgrades,” said Jay Chapman, president and CEO of Capstone Building Corp. “We have greatly enjoyed our time based in Homewood, but the new headquarters location will be more convenient and better suited for the years ahead.”

The 8,962 square-foot space is 2,000 square-feet larger than Capstone Building Corp.’s current office space with many upgraded features inspired by the materials in construction.

The enhanced space includes a new lobby with a custom reception desk, café-inspired break room and glass throughout the suite to bring in natural light.

The new headquarters will house all current Birmingham-based employees as well as new private areas for senior projects managers and estimators.

The new space further positions Capstone Building Corp. to continue to excel in serving a comprehensive range of multifamily clients, from public to private development to luxury dwellings and senior living facilities to government housing entities throughout the United States.

The official move-in date for the new headquarters is April 30.
