The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from March 8-14:

March 8

-Death investigation from the 5300 block of Pineywood Road, Birmingham.

-Harassment from Shelby County 47 and Teen Town Drive, Chelsea.

-Harassment from the 600 block of Chelsea Crossroads, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 700 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

-DUI, resisting arrest from U.S. 280 and Hugh Daniel Drive, Birmingham. A 2019 Chevy Tahoe was damaged.

-Harassment from Shelby County 47 and Teen Town Drive, Chelsea.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 3100 block of Shelby County 45, Sterrett.

-Burglary from the 4000 block of Shelby County 10, Montevallo. A debit card was recovered.

-Theft of property second degree from the 300 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett. A Smith & Wesson .38 special revolver was stolen.

-Harassment from the 1000 block of Dunsmore Drive, Chelsea.

March 9

-Harassment from the 1300 block of Willow Oaks Drive, Wilsonville.

-Public intoxication from Newsome Road at Speedway Drive, Wilsonville.

-Harassing communications from Building 3, Bowling Drive, Birmingham.

-Incident from Country Hill Road, Montevallo. An AR-15, a Remington 870, a Ruger 22, a Charco .38 special, an S&W Bodyguard .380 and an M&P Shield .40 were recovered.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. Three spoons with suspected meth residue, a digital scale, clear glass pipe and a package with various sizes of small baggies were confiscated.

-Property damage from the 660 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham. A 2003 Lexus GX 470 was damaged.

-Incident from the 3300 block of Shelby County 10, Montevallo.

-Incident from the 5000 block of Meadow Garden Lane, Birmingham.

-Incident from the 100 block of Eddings Lane, Alabaster.

March 10

-Unlawful possession/receipt of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A clear baggy containing meth (0.1 gram) and a glass pipe were confiscated.

-Incident from the 2600 block of Shelby County 35, Pelham at Sun View Church.

-Incident from Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

-Attempting to elude, reckless endangerment from U.S. 280 West at Atchison Drive, Chelsea.

-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Shore Front Lane, Wilsonville.

-Theft of property fourth degree, criminal trespass third degree from the 100 block of Atchison Drive, Chelsea. Twenty wooden pallets valued at $360 were stolen.

-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Dusty Hollow Road, Columbiana.

-Miscellaneous information from the 1000 block of Hornet Parkway, Chelsea.

-SORNA violation from the 900 block of Sixth Avenue Southwest, Alabaster.

-Criminal mischief first degree from the 4500 block of Rock School Road, Chelsea. A 230,000-volt power line tower sustained $100,000 in damages.

-Discharging firearm into unoccupied dwelling from the 1700 block of Rock School Road, Harpersville. A mobile home was damaged.

-Harassment from the 3400 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 5500 block of Parkview Circle, Birmingham.

-Incident from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

March 11

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 11000 block of Shelby County 41, Sterrett. Four cases of paint containing 5-gallon cans valued at $100 were stolen.

-Criminal trespass, sexual abuse from Chisim Mobile Home Park, Montevallo.

-Incident from the 200 block of Four J Road, Chelsea.

-Incident from the 4300 block of Shelby County 32, Wilsonville.

-Criminal trespass from the 1000 block of Colleton Lake Road, Sterrett.

-Incident from the 6700 block of Shelby County 26, Columbiana.

-Promoting prison contraband third degree from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. A package containing mint tobacco (33 grams) was confiscated.

-Incident from the 4000 block of Meadowood Drive, Birmingham.

-Death investigation from the 2000 block of Shelby County 32, Chelsea.

-Assault third degree from the 4500 block of Eagle Point Drive, Birmingham.

March 12

-Attempting to elude, resisting arrest from Shelby County 89 and Shelby County 18, Calera. A Taser cartridge was recovered.

-Incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. A Heritage Rough Rider 22LR revolver was recovered.

-DUI from U.S. 280 West at Inverness Center Parkway, Birmingham.

-Incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. A razor knife and a folding pocket knife were confiscated.

-Incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. Two folding pocket knives were confiscated.

-Incident from the 5500 block of U.S. 280 at Suite 218, Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 2000 block of Springfield Loop West, Birmingham. A 2010 Honda Accord was damaged.

-Incident from the 0 block of Huckleberry Drive, Maylene.

-Theft of property from Edwards Chevrolet 280, Birmingham. A 2020 Chevy Trax valued at $23,780 was stolen.

-Recovered stolen vehicle from the 8900 block of U.S. 31, Calera.

-SORNA violation from the 8000 block of Alabama 155, Montevallo.

-Theft of property from the 4800 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham. $20,168.91 in U.S. currency was stolen.

-Assault from the 1100 block of Altedena Rise, Birmingham.

-Extortion from the 5200 block of Willow Way, Birmingham. $10,000 in U.S. currency was stolen.

-Incident from the 100 block of Pebble Road, Montevallo.

-Incident from the 700 block of Shelby County 50, Vandiver.

March 13

-DUI from the 11000 block of Shelby County 280, Chelsea.

-Harassing communications from the 60 block of New Bridge Lane, Columbiana.

-Domestic investigation from the 8000 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Kirksey Road, Wilsonville.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Lybrand Road, Sterrett.

-DUI-alcohol from the 3500 block of Cumberland Trace, Birmingham.

-Incident from the 0 block of New Shelby Peninsula Road, Shelby.

-Death investigation from the 3600 block of Cumberland Trace, Birmingham. Oxycodone (240 count), Methadone (141 count), Hydrocodone (194 count), Tramadol (29 count) and Fentanyl (12 count) were damaged.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 0 block of School Road, Shelby.

-Discharging a firearm or other weapon from Shelby County 41, Sterrett.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Water Oak Street, Montevallo. A Henry rifle valued at $400, Zippo collection valued at $200, knife collection valued at $100, three Amish wedding bands valued at $450, a John Wayne two dollar bill valued at $10 and miscellaneous clothing were stolen.

March 14

-DUI from the 4000 block of Park Crossings Drive, Chelsea.

-Minor in possession or consumption of alcohol, attempting to elude from Shelby County 307 and Evergreen Road, Shelby. A vape pen containing possible liquid THC was confiscated.

-Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle from the 100 block of Glenn Road, Wilsonville.

-Domestic investigation from the 31200 block of Alabama 25 at Jerry’s Bait and Tackle, Wilsonville.

-Incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. Two Levi jackets, two Nike pants, three Nike T-shirts, three Nike shorts and four Nike sweatshirts were confiscated.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Fullerton Drive, Montevallo.

-Domestic investigation from the 400 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett.

-Domestic investigation from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 100 block of Atchison Drive, Chelsea. A Western Chief Horse Prince rubber boot valued at $21.99, Blue Mountain Oxford shirt valued at $19.99, Blue Mountain pants valued at $14.99 and Carhartt hat valued at $16.99 were stolen.

-Assault from the 0 block of Manning Place, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 3300 block of Shelby County 20, Calera. Three Xanax bars were recovered.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance-meth, drug paraphernalia from the 10500 block of Shelby County 280, Chelsea at Johnny Rays Chelsea. A plastic baggie with meth (0.6 gram) and a used needle were confiscated.

-Theft of services fourth degree from the 10500 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea. Food including drink, cheese sticks and chicken tender salad valued at $17.97 were stolen.

-Incident from the 5300 block of Alabama 119, Montevallo. A shed door was damaged and a push broom was stolen.

-Domestic violence-harassment from Burnham Street, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Waterloo Bend, Birmingham.

-Discharging a firearm or other weapon, criminal mischief from Dunnavant Valley Road, Birmingham. A 2015 Infiniti QX80 was damaged.

-Indecent exposure from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Incident from the 16900 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Shelby County 251, Montevallo.

-Sexual extortion, harassing communications from the 1400 block of Petal Falls Drive, Birmingham.
