-Possession of marijuana second degree, possession of drug paraphernalia from the 80 block of 11^th Avenue Southeast. Marijuana (28 grams), a Smith & Wesson 9-millimeter and digital scales were confiscated.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 100 block of Simmsville Road. Assorted grocery items and toys were stolen.
