Helena Kiwanis Club sets date for annual Pancake Day
By GRAHAM BROOKS / Staff Writer
HELENA – Nothing can help warm up a cold winter morning quite like a stack of hot, fluffy pancakes and a warm cup of coffee.
For the 16th straight year, the Kiwanis Club of Helena will host its annual Pancake Day as proceeds from the breakfast will help benefit several local projects for children and youth.
The 16th annual Pancake Day is set for Saturday, Feb. 8 from 7-11 a.m. at Helena Intermediate School.
Tickets to the all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast will cost $5 each and may be purchased in the office at Helena Intermediate School, from any member of the Helena Kiwanis Club, the Helena True Value Hardware, the key club or Boy Scout Troop 2.
Tickets to the breakfast are on sale now and plenty of parking will be available the morning of the breakfast. Sugar free syrup will be available at the breakfast upon request.
Helena Intermediate School is located at 3500 Shelby County 52.
