The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Dec. 16-23:
Dec. 16
-Property damage from the 200 block of Wages Drive, Wilsonville. A 2015 Chevy Tahoe was damaged.
Dec. 17
-Theft of property from the 900 block of Barristers Court, Birmingham. A Ladies’ David Yurman watch valued at $2,057.40, a 2-karat diamond cluster 14-karat gold ring valued at $877.42, a 14-karat gold engraved mesh flo bracelet valued at $1,550.34, a 14-karat gold .21 diamond bracelet valued at $538.60, a David Yurman 14-karat white gold/black cable link bracelet valued at $577.50 and a David Yurman 14-karat white gold cable ring with three diamonds valued at $523.80 were stolen.
-Burglary second degree, theft of property second degree from the 600 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham. A bottle of Adderall (30 milligrams), four prescription slips for Adderall (30 milligrams with a quantity of 60) a Social Security card and a copy of a birth certificate were stolen.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 500 block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea.
-Violation of a protection from abuse order from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.
Dec. 18
-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Wisteria Drive, Alabaster.
-Criminal mischief from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A 2002 Lincoln Navigator was damaged.
-Miscellaneous incident from the lake at Chesser Plantation Lane, Chelsea.
-Theft of property fourth degree from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. Unknown meat items were stolen.
-Duty to remain from Shelby County 42 at Shelby County 86, Shelby. A 2014 Buick Lacrosse sustained $2,000 in damages.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 9000 block of Shelby County 51, Sterrett. Marijuana (2 grams) in a clear plastic bag was confiscated.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Ridge Crest Trail, Columbiana.
-Assault second degree from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence third degree, interference with a domestic violence emergency call from an unnamed location.
-Civil dispute from the 600 block of Grayson Place, Chelsea.
-Identity theft from the 4000 block of Bent River Lane, Birmingham.
Dec. 19
-Property damage from U.S. 280 and Doug Baker Boulevard, Birmingham. A 2018 Toyota Camry was damaged.
-Miscellaneous incident from Eddings Lane, Alabaster.
-Fire investigation from the 5000 block of Shelby County 49, Columbiana. A 1968 3000 Ford Tractor was burned and sustained $5,000 in damages, and a CD containing photos of the scene was recovered.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle, theft of property fourth degree from the 100 block of Indian Forest Road, Indian Springs. A checkbook was stolen.
-Theft of property from the U.S. Post Office, 1900 Corporate Drive, Birmingham. Money in the amount of $3,175.75 was stolen.
-Public intoxication from the 100 block of Chelsea Way, Chelsea.
-Burglary, theft of property from the 100 block of Breland Street, Wilsonville. A large quantity of kids’ clothing valued at $1,000, adult female clothing valued at $400, a Ryobi battery-powered tool set valued at $300, A PlayStation 4 with games valued at $400, miscellaneous dishes valued at $100 and miscellaneous food items valued at $200 were stolen.
-Robbery, assault from the 12000 block of Shelby County 43, Vandiver.
Dec. 20
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 6000 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby. A small plastic baggy containing a crystal-like substance presumed to be methamphetamine (3 grams) was confiscated.
-Miscellaneous incident-damage to property from the 32000 block of Alabama 25, Wilsonville. A 2018 Ford F-150 was damaged.
-Theft of property fourth degree from the 5100 block of Colonial Park Road, Birmingham. An Amazon package containing Christmas presents valued at $100 was stolen.
-DUI-controlled substance, unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A clear plastic bag containing four Alprazolam pills and a Taurus 9-millimeter handgun were recovered.
-Disorderly conduct, public intoxication from Shelby County 47 and Shelby County 42 at the B&B Store, Shelby.
-Burglary from the 0 block of Fernbrook Lane, Shelby.
-Theft of property fourth degree from Walmart, 16077 U.S. 280, Chelsea. Miscellaneous merchandise totaling $375 was stolen.
-Robbery from the 100 block of Birmingham Street, Wilton. A pair of Fubu shoes valued at $20, U.S. currency in the amount of $20 and a Samsung Galaxy J7 Star valued at $115 were stolen.
-Forgery from the 5000 block of Dunnavant Valley Lane, Birmingham.
-Domestic investigation from the 500 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.
Dec. 21
-Miscellaneous information from the 5000 block of Shelby County 26, Columbiana.
-Trespassing, civil dispute from the 100 block of Ridge Crest Trail, Columbiana.
-Theft of property fourth degree from Walmart, 16077 U.S. 280, Chelsea. General merchandise totaling $403.55 was stolen.
-Assault, theft of property from the 0 block of Church Drive, Montevallo. A debit card and an Alabama ID card valued at $25 were stolen.
-Domestic violence-harassment from the 800 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 10000 block of Highway 55, Westover.
-Death investigation from the 3000 block of Shelby County 10, Montevallo.
-Theft of property fourth degree from Walmart, 16077 U.S. 280, Chelsea. Miscellaneous merchandise valued at $350 was stolen.
Dec. 22
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 25000 block of Alabama 25, Vandiver. A small clear bag with a clear crystal like substance (.3 gram) was confiscated.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 2900 block of Highway 39, Chelsea. A green leafy substance believed to be marijuana (8 grams), a grinder and socket used for smoking with residue, a Smith & Wesson .9-milimeter handgun and a small blue capsule identified as Adderall (20 milligrams) were confiscated.
-Identity theft from the 4900 block of Cahaba Valley Trace, Birmingham. A fuel pump for Volkswagen valued at $218.10 and unknown items from Amazon.com valued at $24.85 were stolen.
-Missing person-juvenile from the 6000 block of Highway 55, Wilsonville.
-Domestic violence-criminal mischief from the 6900 building of Whitetail Cove, Birmingham. An interior bedroom wall sustained $500 in damages.
Dec. 23
-Duty upon striking fixture, miscellaneous incident-property damage from Brook Highland Trace and Brook Highland Parkway, Birmingham. A brick wall and a small lawn light fixture were damaged.
