The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Nov. 3-8:
Nov. 3
-DUI-alcohol from the 100 block of Kendrick Farm Road, Montevallo.
-Obstructing government operations from the 18000 block of River Drive, Shelby.
-Domestic investigation from the 18000 block of River Drive, Shelby.
-Domestic investigation from the 400 block of Hollybrook Road, Columbiana.
-Miscellaneous incident-attempted suicide from Griffin Trace, Birmingham.
-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 1100 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.
-Possession of marijuana from the 300 block of Old Cahaba Trail, Helena. Approximately 3 grams of suspected marijuana was confiscated.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 1400 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.
-Death investigation from the 2900 block of Clydebank Circle, Birmingham. Morphine (20 milliliters), Lorazepam (26 milliliters), Hydrocodone (7.5 milligrams, 21 tablets), Ativan (0.5 milligrams, 180 tablets), Trazodone and Neurontin were destroyed.
-Fire investigation from Mimosa Drive, Helena.
-Theft of property from the 3700 building of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham. A 2017 Kawasaki ZX1000 motorcycle valued at $10,000 was stolen.
-Burglary third degree from the 500 block of Thorn Berry Lane, Birmingham. A Louis Vuitton bag valued at $1,800, a black pearl necklace, $200 to $300 in cash, silver necklace and ring with blue stone (matching set) and small camera were stolen; and glass on a back door was damaged.
-Interference with a domestic violence emergency call from the 1000 block of Highland Park Place, Birmingham.
Nov. 4
-Burglary from the 800 block of Smokey Road, Alabaster.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.
-Resisting arrest from the 9400 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea. A used syringe and a cut soda can with burnt residue were recovered.
-Theft of property fourth degree from the 600 building of Morning Sun Drive, Birmingham. A folding cedar garden screen valued at $100 was stolen.
-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A gas pump hose and breakaway fittings were damaged.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 31000 block of Alabama 25, Wilsonville.
-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Evergreen Road, Shelby.
-Death investigation from the 200 block of Shelby County 469, Sterrett.
-Death investigation from the 2300 block of Ridge Trail, Birmingham.
-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 2200 block of Shelby County 50, Vandiver.
-Death investigation from the 2700 block of Corsair Drive, Birmingham.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle, theft of property from the 5000 block of Shelby County 61, Columbiana. A 1983 Yamaha DX 225 three-wheeler, a 1998 Yamaha 350 Big Bear four-wheeler, a 2004 Honda 250 Recon four-wheeler, a Honda XR70 four-wheeler, an Aprion reclaimer and a DeWalt band saw were stolen.
-Burglary third degree, illegal possession/fraud use of a debit or credit card from the 400 block of Meadows Drive, Birmingham. A debit card, Glock pistol, personal file containing important records, bags of miscellaneous clothes and kitchen ware and $100 withdrawn from an ATM were stolen.
-Assault from the 100 block of Shaw Lane, Wilsonville.
-Domestic investigation from Shelby County 51 and Shelby County 55, Wilsonville.
-Harassment from the 100 block of Glory Road, Wilsonville.
-Interference with a domestic violence emergency call, domestic violence-criminal mischief from the 0 block of Junonia Lane, Chelsea. An iPhone sustained $200 in damages.
Nov. 5
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana from the 1900 block of Shelby County 75, Calera. A clear plastic baggie containing a crystal-like substance believed to be crystal meth (1.1 grams), a container containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana (1.1 grams) and a glass pipe with burnt residue were confiscated.
-Harassment from the 100 block of Willow Lake Lane, Wilsonville.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 0 block of Glory Drive, Wilsonville.
-Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Merchandise totaling $348 was stolen.
-Harassment from the 1900 block of Creswell Road, Harpersville.
-Fire investigation from the 1700 block of Shelby County 77, Columbiana. A 2011 Kenworth T800 6X4 non-sleeper valued at $41,000 was damaged.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 300 block of Gould Road, Columbiana. A clear plastic bag with a tan-colored substance and straws were confiscated.
-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 5000 block of Harvest Ridge Lane, Birmingham. Funds in the amount of $154.51 were stolen from a Visa.
-Identity theft from the 100 block of Hackberry Circle, Chelsea. Checks were forged or counterfeited.
-Missing person from Solomon Drive, Wilsonville.
-Domestic violence-harassment from Morris Estates, Columbiana.
-Domestic violence-harassment from the 1000 block of Shelby County 7, Wilsonville.
-Theft of property fourth degree from the 200 block of Kings Home Drive, Chelsea. Cash in the amount of $200 was stolen.
-Domestic investigation from the 0 block of Sagebrush Lane, Maylene.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 1500 block of Alabama 70, Columbiana.
-Domestic violence-harassment from the 6300 block of Shelby County 51, Wilsonville.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 200 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.
-Domestic violence-harassment, domestic violence-criminal mischief third degree from the 900 building of Stone Crest Drive, Birmingham. A flower pot was damaged.
Nov. 6
-Assault from the 100 block of Shaw Lane, Wilsonville.
-Domestic investigation from Shelby County 337, Chelsea.
-Trespassing from the 0 block of Grant Street, Wilton.
-Domestic investigation from the 2500 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana second degree from an unnamed location. A cigar blunt with a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana (.5 gram), three clear plastic baggies containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana (2 grams), a small plastic baggie containing an unknown white powder (1 gram), a small plastic baggie containing a crystal-like substance believed to be crystal meth (1 gram), a small plastic baggie containing an unknown rock substance (.5 gram) and buprenorphine and naloxone strip (1 gram) were confiscated.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 10000 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea. Oxycodone (four 325-milligram tablets) were recovered.
-Domestic violence-harassment from an unnamed location.
-Domestic violence-menacing (assault), theft of property fourth degree from Chisim Circle just off Gilmore Nick Circle, Montevallo. A Straight Talk cell phone valued at $40 and various baby clothes valued at $30 were stolen.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Gum Drive, Columbiana.
-Miscellaneous incident-damage to private property from the 49000 block of Alabama 25, Sterrett. An awning valued at $2,000 and a guard post valued at $2,000 were damaged.
-Theft of property fourth degree from the parking lot outside the 1600 building of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. A 2020 sticker from a license plate was stolen.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 5100 block of Spring Creek Road, Montevallo.
-Domestic violence-harassment from the 5300 block of Sunrise Drive, Birmingham.
Nov. 7
-DUI-combine substance from Shelby County 71 at Shelby County 46, Shelby.
-Public intoxication from Shelby County 43 at Our Lady Queen of Peace Drive, Sterrett.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 600 block of Shelby County 8, Wilton.
-Miscellaneous incident-school rule violation from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.
-Minor in consumption of alcohol from the 10500 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea.
-Domestic violence-harassment from the 900 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 100 block of Simpson Road, Wilsonville.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 5000 block of Beabout Drive, Birmingham.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 5300 block of Sunrise Drive, Birmingham. An S&W CTGE handgun was confiscated.
-Sodomy first degree, sex abuse from the 200 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.
-Theft of property from the 9300 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea.
-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 100 block of Simpson Road, Wilsonville.
Nov. 8
-DUI-combined influence from U.S. 280 at Westover Road, Harpersville. A .357 revolver was recovered.
-Receiving stolen property, unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Old Highway 280 and Mountain Crest Road. A Ford F-150 was recovered, and a syringe half-filled with a clear liquid believed to be methamphetamine was confiscated.
-Domestic investigation from the 1000 block of Fairbank Lane, Chelsea.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 800 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.
-Miscellaneous incident from Shelby County 71 at New Shelby Peninsula, Shelby.
-Theft of property fourth degree from the 2000 block of Stone Brook Drive, Birmingham. A Pandora ring valued at $78.75 and a cooktop cleaning kit valued at $11.50 were stolen.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Reach Way, Birmingham.
-Harassing communications from the 1200 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.
-Domestic investigation from the 1100 block of Barristers Court, Birmingham.
-Theft of property from Battle Drive, Montevallo. An HP Elite Book 5160 valued at $283 and an HP Chromebook X360 valued at $200 were stolen.
-Elder abuse and neglect first degree from the 2000 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea.
-Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle from the 5500 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 20 block of Oak Aly, Birmingham.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana from Shelby County 8 and Randolph Road, Montevallo. A crystal-like substance believed to be methamphetamine (19.5 grams), a green substance believed to be marijuana (6.6 grams), two used syringes with residue, a white homemade smoking pipe and a burnt spoon with a clear substance were recovered.
