Kelsey Allen and Kerry Stagner, both of Shelby, are pleased to announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

Kelsey is the daughter of Laurie Allen and the late Randy Allen. She is the granddaughter of Joyce Ott, Carolyn Allen and the late Wendell Allen.

She is a 2011 graduate of Thompson High School.

Kerry is the son of Judy and Jeffery Stagner. He is the grandson of Terril and Becky Stagner, the late Alice Stagner and Janice Decoursey.

He is a 2006 graduate of Thompson High School.

He is employed as an underground coal miner.

The couple has three children.

The wedding is set for fall 2020.
