William “Billy” Phillips

William “Billy” aka Pops Phillips, age 79, passed away Friday, Oct. 18 in Alabaster.

His services will be Monday, Oct. 21 at United Alabaster First United Methodist Church. Visitation will be at 12:30-2 p.m., with a service to follow.
