The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Sept. 29-Oct. 4:

Sept. 29

-Promoting prison contraband from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. A crystal-like substance believed to be methamphetamine (.6 grams), a round, white pill believed to be Oxycodone Hydrochloride (5 mg) and unknown pills were recovered.

-Agency assist from the 900 block of Greystone Highlands Circle, Hoover.

-Criminal mischief from the 700 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham. A Toyota Corolla was damaged.

-Criminal mischief from the 30 block of King’s Ranch Drive, Wilsonville. An interior door and a numeric door sign were damaged.

-Civil dispute from the 500 block of Reach Drive, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 7200 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham. A BMW was damaged.

-Fire investigation from the 8000 block of Mitchell Lane, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Blue Loop, Montevallo.

-Death investigation from the 400 block of Church Street, Montevallo.

-Theft of property from the 50 block of Justice Road, Vincent. An iPad valued at $1,000 was stolen.

-Theft of property third degree from the 2600 block of Buckboard Road, Birmingham. A Troy Bilt tiller valued at $530 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Deer Valley Lane, Pelham.

Sept. 30

-Domestic investigation from the 15000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.

-Theft of property first degree from the 100 block of Mizell Road, Columbiana. A Toyota Rav4 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident-lost property from the 5500 block of Surrey Lane, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 400 block of Quail Ridge Lane, Wilsonville.

-Assault from the 300 block of King’s Ranch Lane, Chelsea.

-Fraudulent use of a debit or credit card, theft of property fourth degree from the 100 block of Twin Oaks Circle, Chelsea. An amount of $187.41 was stolen from a checking account.

-Theft of property from the 19000 block of Alabama 145, Shelby. A 2006 International school bus special rd.-wheel chair lift valued at $90,000 was stolen.

-Recovered stolen property from the 52000 block of U.S. 25, Vandiver. A 2001 Toyota Solara was stolen.

-Theft of property from Glendale Drive and Highland Lakes, Birmingham. Six copper plumbing lines and copper AC lines valued at $1,200 apiece were stolen.

-Miscellaneous information from Merrywood Lane, Sterrett.

Oct. 1

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 100 block of Lenox Drive, Birmingham. A window screen was damaged.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Miscellaneous merchandise valued at $63.49 was stolen.

-Duty to give information from the 100 block of Atchison Drive, Chelsea. A utility trailer sustained $250 in damages.

-Miscellaneous incident-lost property from the 9000 block of Shelby County 51, Sterrett.

-DUI-combined influence from U.S. 280 and Alabama 119, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of Doug Baker Boulevard, Birmingham. A 2008 Ford Explorer was confiscated.

-Miscellaneous incident from Brookhighland Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-menacing from the 1200 block of Liberty Road, Chelsea. A front door to a residence was damaged.

Oct. 2

-Miscellaneous incident from Alabama 25 and Hillbrook Drive, Calera.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1000 block of Shelby County 441, Wilsonville. A clear plastic baggie containing a clear, crystal substance believed to be crystal methamphetamine (.5 grams) and a syringe with residue commonly used for injecting narcotics were confiscated; miscellaneous credit/gift card, Costa sunglasses (two pairs), Ray Ban sunglasses (one pair) and cell phones were recovered.

-Domestic investigation from the 5000 block of Colonial Park Road, Birmingham.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 400 block of Mountain View Drive, Wilsonville. A Honda Excel pressure washer valued at $500 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5000 block of Weatherford Drive, Birmingham.

-Minor in possession of alcohol from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 9300 block of Bear Creek Road, Sterrett.

-Burglary from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A window valued at $500 was damaged.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle, theft of property fourth degree from the 400 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. A black crossbody bag valued at $100 was stolen.

-Death investigation from the 3000 block of Brook Hill Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 0 block of Peaceful Valley Road, Columbiana. A forklift truck valued at $10,000, a 14-foot enclosed trailer valued at $2,000 and a Dewalt air compressor valued at $2,000 were stolen.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 6000 block of Alabama 25, Montevallo. A turkey valued at $100, egg-laying hens valued at $300 and an injured pig were damaged.

-Duty to stop and remain at scene, property damage from the 2400 block of Springfield Loop West, Birmingham. A 2015 Honda Accord was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 10000 block of Shelby County 55 Lot 3 of Westover.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 3800 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. A night stand table valued at $100 was damaged.

-Extortion, theft of property from the 200 block of Windchase Drive, Birmingham. U.S. currency valued at $2,250 was stolen.

-Criminal mischief from the 2900 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. A 2004 Ford F-150 was damaged.

-Death investigation from the 4200 block of Shelby County 37, Shelby.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 400 block of Shelby County 22, Montevallo.

Oct. 3

-DUI from U.S. 280 and Hugh Daniel Drive.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Stone Drive at Hebb Road, Wilsonville. An insulin syringe was recovered.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 0 block of Apache Drive, Wilsonville. A glass pipe with methamphetamine residue and a small clear plastic baggie with methamphetamine residue were recovered.

-Reckless driving from the 3000 block of Shelby County 83, Vincent.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 4000 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby. A 2019 Chevrolet Malibu was damaged.

-Distribution of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance from the 10000 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea. A tablet (pill)-Oxymorphone (20 milligrams) was recovered.

-Burglary, theft of property from the 500 block of Willow Branch Circle, Chelsea. HVAC copper (unknown feet) valued at $840 was stolen.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 1100 block of Barrister’s Court, Birmingham.

-Burglary, theft of property from the 1100 block of Chelsea Park Trail. Copper lines and valves valued at $1,600 were stolen.

-Burglary, theft of property from the 1000 block of Stoneridge Road, Birmingham. Copper lines and valves valued at $1,200 were stolen.

-Burglary, theft of property from the 1000 block of Norman Drive, Birmingham. Copper lines and valves valued at $1,200 were stolen.

-Burglary, theft of property from the 12000 block of U.S. 280 East, Sterrett. Two 75-pound rolls of copper wire valued at $520.50 were stolen.

-Theft of property second degree from the 3300 block of Shelby County 28, Columbiana. Chains valued in amounts of $250 and $150, J Hooks valued at $100, snatch block valued at $150, mounted strobe light valued at $250 and a floor jack valued at $100 was stolen.

-Menacing from the 700 block of Shelby County 446, Columbiana.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 4000 block of Forest Lakes Road, Sterrett. A set of bolt cutters and copper tubing was confiscated.

Oct. 4

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication from the 5300 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A blue glass meth pipe, 1.71 grams of crystal meth, two baggies containing crystal meth, and 15. grams of 5.5 pills/bars of Alprazolam were confiscated.

-Theft of property fourth degree from Murphy USA, the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A total of 9.3 gallons of premium gasoline valued at $26.08 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1500 block of Sweet Apple Court, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 2900 block of Riverwood Terrace, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident-officer safety from Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident-suicide attempt from Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 1100 block of Deer Run Road, Alabaster. Chainsaws valued at $200 and $400 were stolen.
