William Eugene Goodwin, age 54, of Shelby, passed away Thursday, Aug. 15.

The visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 19 at Bolton Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m., at the funeral home with Pastor Wesley Criswell and Wayne Duncan officiating. Burial will follow at Bay Springs Cemetery. Bolton Funeral Home is directing.

Mr. Goodwin is preceded in death by his parents, Maurice and Brenda Goodwin.

He is survived by his wife, Aurelia Goodwin; sons, Jonathon Goodwin and Thomas Goodwin (Tabitha); brother, Richard Glenn Goodwin; niece, Andrea Goodwin Keenum; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family.
